Heath is generally the face at check in and he genuinely listens to what the problem sounds like and will work with you to find out what the problem is instead of blindly going in. They've never created more problems or falsely claimed needed work like other shops(typically those chain shops; jensen, jiffy, tuffy) I've been to around town. The last statement are callouts of my own personal experiences; I know some people may get lucky and have an honest experience at those companies but in history *sideeye* Highly recommend Keith's to friends, family, and anyone looking for a honest connection to their mechanic. I had signed up for their &Rewards customer rewards, and received an email earlier in the week regarding a 10 cent discount off my gas fill up if I did so with my &Rewards during the next week. I tried to enter and access the offer at their pump when gassing up, but their pumps were not wired for that kind of access so I went inside after pumping gas and asked the solo clerk for help getting the offer. He seemed so stoned out of his mind and completely unknowing and uncaring about me or anything involving thought. Three days later I cut up the &Rewards card and I'll get gas someplace else.
