For approximately 15 of these 25 minutes we sat at the window and watched the guy who took our order put parchment paper on baking sheets. In weather over 100 degrees. Our drinks initially arrived without straws. None of our sandwiches were labeled. Or, to be more precise, all four had "Kickin' Ranch" stickers on them, and maybe two of them had a faint smear of black marker on the paper. We had to open all four to find out which was which. We received no chips. The sandwich ordered "slim" was not slim.
