I called and checked to make sure that it would be a valid form of payment and was assured by customer service that it would be. We drove over and it was down. Having said that, when we arrived they held the door open and every single person greeted us warmly. When they realized that we couldn't pay for gas, they suggested to cross the parking lot and load it to a gift card and use it for gas. They even offered to do it themselves. After thanking them I prepared to head across the parking lot, unload all the kids, go in, purchase the $15 gift card, go back, load them all into the truck again and drive and attempt to get gas...again. When Bert came out to the parking lot and advised me that, Jeri, the manager had paid for my gas and was profusely sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. I was blown away. I won't be fueling up anywhere else from now on if I can help it. Thank you ladies for your grace and outstanding commitment to customer service that was so rare it restored some of my faith in humanity and America.
