The area is so small that it wasn't easy to open the door. Once we got in, it took about 10 minutes for someone to take our name for the waiting list. She was very cranky, but later I would come to understand why. We were told of a 45-minute wait and that we could wait outside if we liked, where they would call our name when ready. We waited on a bench and saw a lot of people come and go who got there after us. Thankfully, my fiancé asked them about it, and they seated us right away. I think they forgot about us. Once we were seated, the service was very slow to start. Our appetizer got there in a decent amount of time, but the pizza took forever, and our drinks sat empty. Once the pizza arrived, it was huge and tasted great! Are drinks continuing to sit empty? Normally, my rating would be low for a situation like this, but then I realized that our server was working all the tables in there and had only one bus person for help! I can see why the server was cranky. I would have been too if I were the only server at a busy restaurant during rush hour. This entire restaurant had only one restroom that looked like it had not been cleaned since the Bicentennial. Again, it is probably a staffing issue.
