I really like to visit this place every time I am near Maverick square. Its a really nice small mall/incubator. What I like the most is that if you have a couple of things you need to take care of you can do all that in here. The other day I needed to buy birthday card for my friend, needed to get my phone looked at and I didn't have any lunch. I was really pressed for time, but this place really saved my bacon. The gift shop was at the entrance and it really had a great selection, my friend is Hispanic and there were quite a number of cards in Spanish which I was really happy about. So after I picked a card I noticed that there was a computer repair shop right next to the giftshop, so I dropped off my phone and while the technician was looking it had lunch in the cafe that was in the same building. All this took me 20 minutes. I think its pretty cool that so many businesses that aren't related to each other are in the same building. I would definetly recommend anyone to check this place out if they are in the area. I think there is a spa and acupuncturist on the second floor as well as learning center and travel agency. Ok first things first, be sure to explore both floors fully, you'll be amazed with how many different services you will find on just 2 small floors. I came in to have a lunch at the cafe that's inside and was surprised at the amount of different small businesses that are here. I had a really nice lunch at the cafe(try Colombian hot-dog, really good) and I ended up buying a necklace at the jeweler that was right by the cafe. I came back several days later and discovered that there was a international shipping company on the second floor, which I was really happy about, as my company was looking to ship their inventory to South America. So for anyone that would be in the area, I would recommend to check it out at least once, there is bound to be something useful for you here. I was visiting Boston from the UK in Julu and heard that there was live music (an acoustic set) here on the Friday night at the end of my stay so I thought I would check it out. It's in East Boston (Eastie) and it is very easy to get to on the blue line 'T' and is just a short walk from Maverick station. It wasn't a tourist bar but much more a locals one and the atmosphere was great. Just what I was looking for. Everyone that came in was so friendly and so were the staff. Jules and Barry were lovely. I was made to feel really welcome there. I had a great time. Interesting choices of beer available. Nice. Don't be expecting the usual standard options going here. Really really nice small place. I was surprised by the number of businesses I have found here. Usually these type of small malls and incubator spaces have more or less same type of small businesses but this place has a whole range of them. There is a really good cafe, a tailor, gift cards shop, cobbler, accountant, masseuse, acupuncturist, travel agency, boutique. You can take care of 4-5 things at once by just visiting this place. Only concern I had before was that it was super hot in the summer but they were quick to fix the issue and add 2 ACs, and now its really pleasant inside. Definetly Recommend. read more

I great new incubator space that houses a number of different types of businesses. Not to be confused with the cafe that is inside. I mainly come here for the cafe and gift shop, but heard nothing but good reviews about the rest of the businesses. The place itself is wonderful, its animal friendly and boy am I happy about the AC, you can't feel the scorching heat of July. If I am not mistake, this place recently won Boston Preservation Alliance award. read more

This place is Amazing!! I didn't notice it before but now that I know what is inside the building I go there every time I need something!!! They have so many different stores and a delicious coffee! Last time, while I was waiting for my shoes to be repaired, I got the chance to get my watch battery changed at the jewelry shop and also buy a handmade card for my best friend birthday!!
