He gives plenty of direction in terms of body placement, posture, hand placement, etc. to give you flawless photos. Booked a 2hr Monday morning slot while I was out of the state to shoot a wedding. I flew in on…read moreSunday and then Monday morning woke up to a freeze warning and complete overcast. My models didnt feel safe driving in the freeze warning and neither did I. For a natural light studio a 2hr slot in complete overcast with a freeze warning would be useless. I contacted the studio and they refered to their 24hr policy that cannot be cancelled under ANY circumstance. I understand running a business you need your money, but as a client, I don't think I will be returning. Things happen and there needs to be SOME consideration for a last minute reschedule. Should I have looked closer at the weather? Yes, but I think shooting my brothers wedding 2 days prior would probably keep me a little too occupied to think of such variables as a possible freeze in Texas in October. Extremely disappointed in how this was handled and I wont be bringing my services to Artist Uprising from this point forward.

Let me say, our photobooth rental was a guest favorite! I wish we would have booked more than two…read morehours. Getting a quote and confirming booking was super easy. About a week before your event you'll receive a mock up of your frame that will be sent to your guests either digitally or printed. This is the moment my experience went sour. They sent a proof over with their website url on the front and when I inquired about it they tried to charge an additional $50 to remove it (which wasn't listed anywhere on their site, our paid contract, or during the booking process.) After I refused to pay the owner tried to "school" me on marketing, branding, and their view of industry standard. So just fyi, if you also think it's tacky to have their url on the front of all your photos be prepared to pay an additional $50 than your original quote. Also my event was 3.2 miles from their Richardson office and there was still an added fuel surcharge despite their website saying if you're over 35 miles away. A better description would be you will be charged fuel + the quote vs *additional fuel charges may apply. They will. These felt like sneaky hidden fees. If I hadn't already paid in full and found out with less than 5 days before our event, I would have canceled and went with another company.

I had already…read morebooked another photobooth company but found out just months before my wedding that not only were they not able to meet my venue's liability insurance requirements, they were not willing to be honest about it either. Sheena was extremely helpful in verifying that they were able to meet these requirements before taking my deposit money. These guys were on time, and though their designated place to set up the open air booth was not enough room, they improvised and relocated it without any disruption to our wedding reception. My only advise would be to get a better quality printer, the digital images quality was perfect however. The company as a whole is reliable and very professional. Book these guys and rest assured you'll have a complete and comprehensive package!

Every time we pick him up he's so relaxed and doesn't seem at all stressed! In fact, he comes home like he's been on vacation too! I'm so grateful for this because my dog can be tough to deal with.
