Be warned. This doctor is a peer reviewing IME doctor. Without seeing patients, he is paid to weigh medical evidence in the insurance companies favor. He was paid to report on my condition while never actually meeting with me. This is not a "do no harm" doctor, despite the glowing reviews, a doctor willing to comment on a person he's never actually is examined is dangerous. Insurance companies pay doctors like this $350-$1000 an hour. The more people they hurt in favor of a carrier, the more the insurers will assign "cases". Do your homework. read more

This guy is a joke. I was in a car accident and have seen him several times at the request of my primary Doctor. He was 15-20 minutes late to every session I had, once being he was at the store. When I mentioned this he cut me off and attacked me. He constantly talked about himself and always praises and pats himself on the back. Doc, get over yourself and worry about your patients well being. DO NOT GO TO SEE THIS CLOWN. There are much better PROFESSIONALS out there. read more

I was referred to Dr. Maurio after an auto accident. After reading the negative review, I was hesitant but decided to give him a try because his office was local. I'm so glad I did. So many areas of my life have turned around for the better as a result of my sessions with Dr. Maurio. I definitely had not expected that outcome. His book is awesome - a short, easy, quick read with suggestions and ideas that are very do-able. I've referred a few close family and friends and have gotten nothing but positive feedback. He practices 'inspirational therapy' and it works. I appreciated and respect that Dr. Maurio has a time frame in which he says he can help...He told me 'if I can't help you make small improvements within 14 weeks, then I can't help you'. I love that it's not endless therapy and gripe sessions. He's not in this just for the money, he loves what he does, and he's great at it. IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW....give this Doc a try - you won't regret it - just give it a little time to work. read more
