Staff did not acknowledge our presence or offer to help. All three stayed at the register area discussing their school projects and weekend plans. Customers had to tell one another which dressing rooms were still in use and which were no longer occupied (with all the rejects still hanging in the way of the next shopper). I've never heard Christian music in a clothing store before, and it was taken aback at the effort to indoctrinate retail customers rather than have an environment welcoming all shoppers. We did find a few pieces worth purchasing, and one pair of Italian-made pants that were so awesome I wore them out of the shop.

The new location is okay but the store is about 1/3 the size which is better than closing...but the…read moreselection has gone down a lot. I take my 90 year old mom there who has only shopped there for her clothes for decades. The new store dressing rooms are like bathroom stall doors, no room for a walker or 2 in the room. Yes, there is one handicap stall but of course it was being used. For older women the dressing rooms stink. It's a huge step down from the last store and we miss seeing the awesome staff that was so helpful and always remembered my mom. We're disapointed...but will give it another try to see if things change.
