When I was finally done with my make-up appointment I still had to have my hair styled. When we got back to our hotel room I had just enough time to get dressed and take off my foundation and blush and start over. I complained to the owners and I felt like I dismissed. I have been a customer of Merle Norman Cosmetics for many many years and I will never buy any products from any of the stores these owners own. But got no return call and I talked to the manager and he said the owner was probably busy but I had no concern or even able to return a civil text saying not interested absolutely no return. My part is that if you're trying to work with them 100% they will try not to even return an answer or give you the time of day. That's sad for business that is wrong like a 15-year-old.
