There were rows and rows of vitamins and supplements as well as a full pantry-stocked grocery! All sorts of trusted organic and gluten-free brands were available for very good prices. They even had a section for pets! There's another small refridgerated and frozen area for eggs, cheese, cheese-replacements and ice cream. Plus they have a whole section for body care, books, and more! It was a real treat and I could have spent the whole day in there. Furthermore, the owner was friendly and casual.
