The clothing was fairly juvenile and in smaller sizes. Lots of country and "howdy" accessories and clothing. Other than a coffee cup that made me laugh, I didn't walk out with anything (but had expected to find more). Checkout took awhile. The lady working the front desk was also handling jewelry with shoppers and the WiFi was weak for credit card purchases. She was apologetic and friendly. We were greeted immediately and the manager was genuine and friendly! Its great to see more shops opening up on Pearl and I hope it sticks around.

I walked right up to the register where there was a lady standing and I said hi , and she looked right at me and then turned her back and walked away back to the changing rooms. She slowly came back and very coolly greeted me, and I returned a blouse that I didn't have the receipt for, but I had my order email and she entered my phone number and very quickly returned to my blouse and credited the card that I paid with. I was going to shop the store but her bad attitude-vibe was an easy decision for me to leave without purchasing anything else today. I am not sure if Cha'Kell is having a bad day or not, but she needs a better attitude.

When they get in the line to checkout, there are also marks on the floor to keep 6ft distance as well. The fitting rooms are back open and they are cleaning in between customers and cleaning the clothes that people don't want. I think they are doing well with cleaning and making sure people are spaced out. I love this store. The clothes are cute and made for my body. I do have to try everything on because everything runs a tad bit different but I love it. The return policy is decent too. I never have any issues. I do wish they would have more sexy clothes in the store. Most of the sexy clothes are online. Prices are higher than I like as well. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. They pretty much seem to help everyone that comes in the store all the while giving them all the deals when they come in. Love this store and will always shop there!

I think in general, people go to Jos A Banks for the service, and they're uncomfortable at best, scared at worst - and having someone there to help with that is important. Now - they need like six more people than they had when I was there, but the folks there were great. I have trouble finding options that work with my sizes, and he helped me order in custom stuff, was honest about what would and wouldn't work, and in general did exactly what I was hoping for. I would have liked more of his time, but he had 4 other customers to help, and I understand - but if anyone from corporate is reading this, y'all need to staff up, that man is working too hard (but at least he's kinda making it worl)

We were looking for dress jeans and a blazer (minimums) for my husband's upcoming months of corporate travel. We typically do not shop at Jos. A. Banks due to snooty 'service' here years ago. Well, nothing has changed for the better in those years away! Two older salesman were unbusy and stationed throughout the store as we entered and began browsing the selection. No one at any time said "hello" or " let us know if you need something". We might as well been ghosts! We browsed further and my husband tried on 5-6 items and had planned to purchase several. Alas, neither salesperson could be bothered to come to a register or speak to us. One kept busy with a wedding party couple while the other simply had no intention of making a large sale, apparently. We left several items we'd planned to purchase up on the counter & left.

Stopped into their stores grand opening to buy a pair of shoes, I counted three employees, one male…read morewalking around talking to a homeless guy and two females walking around talking to each other, there was only a couple of customers in there besides me, everybody made eye contact with me not one person greeted me not one person showed any interestin assisting me. Find the shoes I was looking for just walking around and talking to each other and talking to a homeless guy, waste of time and I can go to Walmart and get treated like that.
