The atmosphere is chic & elegant, but don't let that intimidate you - everyone is easy-going & fun. I was fortunate enough to have been helped by Jordan himself; he is so knowledgeable & was very patient with me. I learned a lot while listening to his expertise. I'm really surprised at how much fun I had - just because I was just trying to unload 'stuff' I thought was junk & clean out drawers - instead, I feel like I met new friends. I can't wait to go back to design a ring I've been thinking of for quite a while. Jordan has made a new, loyal client with me. Save your time & gas by making Jordan Cline Jewelers your first stop. Laura asked how she could help me. A well-dressed customer came in and Laura asked her mother to address the client. I was asking about value and assessment on a number of jewelry pieces for my family heirs and insurance purposes, cost of valuation, and getting 3 assessments. When Laura pulled my necklace out of the jewelry box, she broke the chain. She handed my now broken necklace back to me, saying it broke when she was taking it out. Laura then left me and went to the new customer and got out her assessed platinum bracelet. Laura looked at me and loudly and rudely said we are not buying anything, at least twice. She said I should sit and wait. Laura did not offer to fix my now broken 25 yr+ Designer Arabic gold necklace. I felt as if I were being snubbed. Customer service is poor in this little shop.

But they have those too if you're looking around this time of the political year I suppose. It was hopping inside! Stewart's has been around for around ten yrs (give or take what I can remember them telling me between the other pawn shop and theirs) and they were very respectful to all of their customers. I literally had NO IDEA what the word pawn even meant before going and just intended to barter/sell in order to get what I was looking for- and that I did! Even though they were very busy they gave each customer their full attention, as did the friendly security guard at the front of the store. They have their own lot to park as well. I haggled a bit and feel that I got what I wanted on the low-end of my price range and the medium end of my sell range (nothing overly spectacular) but fair. What more could you ask for really? They had a great deal of inventory to choose from as well and I found myself pretty happy with the selection- maybe a little bit more in white-gold items, but eh, it's what you make of it. I will keep them in mind for the future if I happen to find myself in need of the pawning services, but hopefully not. Oh! And they cash checks too. That was one reason they were so busy on a Friday. Overall, friendly, organized, free parking, fair pricing = 4 stars.
