I looked at Maurices.com for a Christmas themed cardigan. I found a really cute one that wasn't over-the-top Christmassy. It was just right for what I wanted. The online order went smoothly, showing they had my size and a coupon they applied with no problems. A few days later as I was going to track my package, I had an email that my order had been cancelled! There was a list of reasons why the order could have been cancelled without telling me which reason applied. So I called the customer service number in case the email was some kind of scam. Turns out they did not have it in my size after all. When I asked about getting it in another size, they said no. I'm a disappointed ex-customer. read more
