The staff helped me purchase medicine to try and help calm my migraine and made sure I had a coke with caffeine to try and help. Darlene walked me out and told me I could stay as long as I needed to. I laid down in my car for about an hour and Darlene even came out to check on me and told me to just lay on my horn if I needed anything. Seriously, the kindness that was shown to me while I was in unbearable pain, it means the world to me. Thank you for looking out for me and the rest of the community! She is rude and has always been rude and unprofessional. This particular morning was my limit with her. I came in for my scheduled appointment after working a 12 hour shift and making a 2 hour drive home. My daughter on the other hand was called into work and I needed to reschedule her appointment. The woman begins to tell me that she can not reschedule due to 3 missed appointments, which was not true. When I asked what appointments she missed the woman could not tell me. The woman was very short with me, even cutting me off as I spoke. There is no reason to be that hateful. This is a service being provided so having a pleasant demeanor would be greatly appreciated. I canceled my appointment and will never be back. She will never change.

An excellent alternative to the abysmally bad Home Depot in the area. There are actual people here…read morewho know what the hell they are doing and WANT to help you. They also stock basic essentials such as a wide variety of washers, wingnuts, and screws that the nearby HD is out of. While their power tool section leaves a lot to be desired, they do carry some basic DeWalt and Milwaukee drivers and drills. Their hardware section is the standout- this isn't a hobbyist place like the HD down the road, this is a place real builders and makers could come and get all the fasteners they need (and they'll be in stock!!!). Plus, this is a local place not some corporate behemoth. The times I've been here I've always found worthwhile help. Unlike my experiences at the HD where employees spend more time checking their Facebook than checking on you. If you're a real carpenter or construction person, skip the HD and head to Stubb's.
