I came in for my scheduled appointment after working a 12 hour shift and making a 2 hour drive home. My daughter on the other hand was called into work and I needed to reschedule her appointment. The woman begins to tell me that she can not reschedule due to 3 missed appointments, which was not true. When I asked what appointments she missed the woman could not tell me. The woman was very short with me, even cutting me off as I spoke. There is no reason to be that hateful. This is a service being provided so having a pleasant demeanor would be greatly appreciated. I canceled my appointment and will never be back. She will never change.

Bed arrived looking different from the photos, the head and foot board were made backwards 2. Bed replaced and they broke the headboard during transit 3. Bed came with the headboard in tact but the side rails did not fit 4. Bed came and the support bar in the middle was made too short for the new headboard. They also borrowed all our tools and left them outside, they left my scissors on the emergency fire house box in the hall, they took my scissors, and left the ONE tool they did bring on my nightstand.
