We thought there was a contract was in place with them and they *stole* our 1/2 of our equipment! Like literally, theft! This is a very, very shady operation and you will likely lose your money - if not some - perhaps all of it. The owner, Chip and his Mom (those are the two who run the business which is a little odd since she seems to control what he does but no matter) won't return your phone calls. They have office people do it who have no relationship to you because they would rather keep your money than refunding it so it's a maze to get through to figure out how to even escalate with them.
