I purchased a $2200 cannot be in April, it's now the end of October nearly and I've still not received the bed I purchased. 6 months of back and forth, the bed has been a nightmare. 1. Bed arrived looking different from the photos, the head and foot board were made backwards 2. Bed replaced and they broke the headboard during transit 3. Bed came with the headboard in tact but the side rails did not fit 4. Bed came and the support bar in the middle was made too short for the new headboard. They also borrowed all our tools and left them outside, they left my scissors on the emergency fire house box in the hall, they took my scissors, and left the ONE tool they did bring on my nightstand. They also shorted out my charger after spilling water from my nightstand. See attached, I've given up and asked for a refund. There's no reason I should have had to email these idiots 42 times over 7 months but here we are. read more

Blue Truck was a contracted delivery company. Our furniture company, Urban Forge located in Mountain View, AR provided white glove delivery. Our $3,800 purchased iron bed arrived & was put together. As the delivery personnel was gathering up stuff to leave, I inspected the furniture. It was found to be damaged. It took numerous phone calls and several weeks to even get a reply. It was finally repaired. Neither Blue Truck nor Urban Forge store has contacted us to inquire about the repairs or any type of follow-up. Terrible communication on both parties. We will never do business with either company again. read more

Ordered custom Tuscan stools. Arrived with wrong cushions improperly attached. Support arms for back rest not the same length. Advertised as a smooth swivel. These stools had no swivel attached. Where is quality assurance maybe an inspection before it was shipped. So, so disappointing. Sales person extremely helpful. They say they will send replacement cushions with swivel device. read more

We ordered a custom, extra-tall king size bed Corinth bed in white. (We specified a Sherwin-Williams white paint color.) The bed we received was a greyish-beige, not even close to white, one of the posts was bent, the bed arrived with black hardware which sticks out literally and figuratively because washers were not sent, and the slats are so rough and of such poor quality that I have to buy a bunkie board to keep the slats from ripping the mattress. The fabric tape that holds the slats together arrived ripped in two places, so the slats don't hold together. UF is replacing the bed, eventually-- the bed was delivered over a month ago and the replacement is not yet in production-- so I will update if the replacement is made better and in the right color. But I would not order a custom piece from this company. They may be fine for stock pieces, but they are not equipped to make custom pieces. For the price we paid, they should have gotten it right the first time, or jumped through hoops to correct it when they received the photos of what was delivered. Plus, their delivery service stained a brand new rug and two walls with some kind of grease or lubricant that cannot be removed. Extremely disappointed with both quality and customer service. read more

Their show rooms have tons of delicate looking bed frames that create such a woodsy vibe and are super sturdy (I slept on one of their beds and it was great!). Lovely ironwork, unwelcoming welcomer... as soon as we entered the store, an old lady working at the front turned to greet us and ask us where we're from. No problem there. She seemed nice enough. But when we told her we were from another town about an hour out, she wouldn't accept that as an answer and kept pushing, asking where we were born and where we were raised. She made remarks about my posture and stance as I was clearly uncomfortable with the line of questioning. I've never had a store owner insist in knowing where I was born or be so brash as to comment at my signs of discomfort that stemmed as a result of the way I was being spoken to. It really felt like she could tell we were not from here and was trying to push us out of her store as a result. She succeeded. We immediately left and will not be returning. read more

Older lady in the front was rude, didn't listen well, pushy, and socially immature. As a business owner myself, I would be terrified if I knew this kind of personality was running my store. Normal and healthy individuals welcome people to the store, inform them of special offers the store is offering and let's them know if they need anything to simply ask. She seemed to get to get off on trying to make us uncomfortable to the point we would leave. Other then that it looked like the iron work was above and beyond what most stores offer sadly we left after just 5 minutes of that conversation mentioned above. read more

Saw their coverage on a PBS show, and went agog after seeing the beds. After calling with questions and finding out it takes about 8 months to make, I went for the gusto and ordered the Elm Springs canopy bed complete with the willow chandelier. Had it delivered to me in California and couldn't be happier with it. It is so well made, and I love the fact the willow "branches" can be bent and shaped as I want them. This is one bed my guests say "WOW' to! I've also purchased a few small items (candle holder, TP holder), and each item is uniquely handcrafted. I only wish I could visit the store. read more
