As we pulled up to get out of the weather, the tornado sirens and emergency alert on our phones telling us tornado in area. I grabbed 2 of my grandchildren and ran to the building. The doors were locked and the clerk was looking at us and telling us no. I am holding my 2 grandsons in the rain and hail...she then comes to the door, told us they are closed and seeking shelter in the coolers. Turned and left us outside. It was such a helpless feeling. But a shout out to Dollar General market who let us ride out the storm safely with them. I will not be going back to this gas station and have told others of our experience as well.

The online order went smoothly, showing they had my size and a coupon they applied with no problems. A few days later as I was going to track my package, I had an email that my order had been cancelled! There was a list of reasons why the order could have been cancelled without telling me which reason applied. So I called the customer service number in case the email was some kind of scam. Turns out they did not have it in my size after all. When I asked about getting it in another size, they said no. I'm a disappointed ex-customer.

She is rude and has always been rude and unprofessional. This particular morning was my limit with her. I came in for my scheduled appointment after working a 12 hour shift and making a 2 hour drive home. My daughter on the other hand was called into work and I needed to reschedule her appointment. The woman begins to tell me that she can not reschedule due to 3 missed appointments, which was not true. When I asked what appointments she missed the woman could not tell me. The woman was very short with me, even cutting me off as I spoke. There is no reason to be that hateful. This is a service being provided so having a pleasant demeanor would be greatly appreciated. I canceled my appointment and will never be back. She will never change.
