Since…read morethen, they are under new ownership and I had fingers crossed that they would be just as good and they are! Barbara Beam helped to plan an important "Girl's Trip" for me and my friends to the Dominican Republic. We had such a wonderful and memorable time there! It took a long time to plan as we were quite indecisive at first. Barbara was patient and there for us every step of the way to make recommendations. She listened and asked questions to help narrow down exactly what we did (and did not) want. She nailed it! The entire trip (and planning) was seamless with her help. Throughout the planning, we never felt rushed and had all questions answered even up until the week we were leaving. We didn't have to really "think" too much on this holiday. All documents were given to us ahead of time, transportation was booked, and we felt very comfortable that we would be able to reach her during our trip at any point if needed. I will absolutely book trips with Barbara at Travel Experts of Cary again. Can't wait!

Shari is absolutely WONDERFUL!! We were not planning on using a travel agent for our cruise and just booking directly with the cruise line. At the last minute before we paid for the cruise we decided to just get some information from a travel agent and see if we would like to go that route. Looking back, I am so thankful we chose Shari to work with us. Unfortunately the ship we were booked on caught on fire and our cruise was cancelled. Shari worked many long hours just for our family to get us booked on another cruise because we had a very limited time frame that we would even be able to take a vacation this year. Shari worked her magic like a pro and got us on an even better ship for a very minimal increase in price. She also ended up saving us more money in the end that we didn't expect. I could have NEVER done this without her! We are so thankful that we found Shari and we will use her for all our future family vacations.

Showed up many places to go, including the good, the bad and the ugly. She was very honest in helping us find the perfect spot for our honeymoon. The best thing about Lynn is she has traveled a LOT, which means she has her own personal photos from about any resort out there. it was great to see her photos vs. photos online that could have been photo shopped! She even gives you a packing list and the do's and don'ts of the resort for you. About two weeks before you trip she will print off all your travel documents for you. This makes the process SEAMLESS especially when you are leaving the country! She does get very busy during wedding season. Sometimes she may take a day or two to return your phone call...but be patient! She offers nights and weekend appointments to meet with her. I will certainly use her again the future!
