After multiple phone calls and driving all over Rockwall, we found Dr. Patel's practice. She was able to get us in at 9:15. There was absolutely no wait and we were seen right away. Dr. Patel is board certified in Family Medicine and she was nice and personable and seemed to know her stuff. I liked her and said we would definitely be back. The customer service over the phone and in person was good, quick and easy. They took her vitals first and she then came back out to wait. After about 10 minutes they took her back to get hooked on the IV. She said it didn't feel like much, just a cold feeling.
