We gave Craig our trust and he did not disappoint…read more We are transplants into the valley and knew very little of the area. I hired Craig right after our first conversation because it was obvious that he is intelligent and has intimate knowledge of housing market trends in the valley after many years of experience building his practice. Craig arranged for six showings that very afternoon, and we were able to quickly make an offer on a home the following weekend. From that point on, the whole process couldn't have been smoother. He project-managed the whole thing from beginning to end, bringing all the respective agents together to ensure we closed on our home in under 30 days. Craig was willing to spend many hours of his time on the phone with me throughout the process. We discussed updates regularly as he guided us on the tasks we needed to accomplish along the way. I particularly appreciated his council as we discussed offer strategies and home repair negotiations prior to close. We were very happy in the end with the deal that we got, and Craig delivered that deal for us wrapped in a bow. Craig represented us completely with our interests in mind. Though my partner and I are educated well enough, neither of us have the instincts to manage the complexities of purchasing a home on our own. We were particularly challenged because we still lived in another city and couldn't travel to the valley to personally inspect. We made our first trip to the valley to find a home, and moved into our home on the second trip one month later. Craig was essential in navigating this complex process so smoothly on our behalf. Simply put, Craig is an expert who has our trust.

We originally started at $159, 000, A number that was very fair and comparable to others on the market. Our agent Lisa Graves reassured us that this was a very strong number and we could easily achieve it. We put a lot of trust and Lisa as we were far away in a neighboring state. We trusted her to try her best and communicate. Unfortunately, this was a huge issue. There was such a delay of from posting photos that we took, to saying that there was going to be an open house and actually never took place and her not communicating and people going and her not being there, (there was but 3 if that open houses in 6 months), never sent us the Eblast or paper mailings we requested that she said she was ending our to hundreds of people, to us having to explain why our property is worthy when she should know the justification and how to position it in front of the the clientele. We ended up taking a 30,000+ cut from the original asking price. This was supposed to be an investment and to a certain point we understand that things don't always work out and losses are a given but such a significant one was hard to deal with. During the closing process. Lisa made it really difficult. She would call for questions that shouldn't have had to be awnser. We felt we had to do the work and not the other way. Let's say it was hard giving up that commission. She texted and we were completely out of the loop. You would think an agent would call at the initial stages. We heard more from the title company than Franke Realty and Lisa Graves. It was a really cold closing and our minds and hearts were not at ease. We just wanted to be "done." Please consider her integrity and if you do go with her, make sure you are really upfront and on top of things. My mom and dad said they would be happy to not bring up her every again and forget and move on. We sold for 125,000.

She was very organized when it came to scheduling showings of the house since we lived there still and had pets to accommodate.
