my direct experience with this man was horrible! you can measure a business by how they handle…read morethemselves under pressure. When all goes good and dandy of course outcome will be pleasant, but lo and behold when issues arose with the funding status...he went hay wire! he placed himself in a very dangerous position by entering the home where new owners were moving in items. He came in ranting and acting like a lunatic! As stated to him, if owner was being unlawful he should of brought the police fbi or cia..but no he let his anger dictate his actions in a very antagonizing way. He came to remove his sign and lock on a Sunday and Monday the house was to become the owners. Funding was with title company, instead of using abusive language and aggresive measures he came in like a pit bull! There was no need to have been confrontational, demeaning and threatning. He could of made his anger and dissatisfaction in a different tone ..he chose the negative way. this is not a person or business that i would want to have nada to do with if he cannot handle himself in a professional manner. he chose to act like a thug!

I stayed a little over a year and moved only because I wanted a carport for my car. While there, I was completely satisfied with everything. We gave Craig our trust and he did not disappoint…read more We are transplants into the valley and knew very little of the area. I hired Craig right after our first conversation because it was obvious that he is intelligent and has intimate knowledge of housing market trends in the valley after many years of experience building his practice. Craig arranged for six showings that very afternoon, and we were able to quickly make an offer on a home the following weekend. From that point on, the whole process couldn't have been smoother. He project-managed the whole thing from beginning to end, bringing all the respective agents together to ensure we closed on our home in under 30 days. Craig was willing to spend many hours of his time on the phone with me throughout the process. We discussed updates regularly as he guided us on the tasks we needed to accomplish along the way. I particularly appreciated his council as we discussed offer strategies and home repair negotiations prior to close. We were very happy in the end with the deal that we got, and Craig delivered that deal for us wrapped in a bow. Craig represented us completely with our interests in mind. Though my partner and I are educated well enough, neither of us have the instincts to manage the complexities of purchasing a home on our own. We were particularly challenged because we still lived in another city and couldn't travel to the valley to personally inspect. We made our first trip to the valley to find a home, and moved into our home on the second trip one month later. Craig was essential in navigating this complex process so smoothly on our behalf. Simply put, Craig is an expert who has our trust.
