I can't say enough good things about Karyn and her lovely beachside condo!…read more I'll tell you everything that I always want to know about a private home rental: *The condo was clean. No funky smells, linens were fresh and of excellent quality. Pillows smell fresh, were plump, and there were a generous amount for each sleeper. Beds were sturdy and very, very comfortable. *Ample towels, also of excellent quality. Not threadbare or skimpy. *Very close to the elevator, and there was plenty of parking nearby. *There is a toaster, a microwave, and a big fridge with ice maker. The kitchen is fully equipped to make a meal. *The dining table is large and sturdy. We spent many hours playing games with the playing cards provided in the drawer near the TV. *The A/C is strong and cold. *Close to restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the pools and beach. *Enormous balcony with different seating options. *The whole condo is well-appointed and very homey. I cannot think of one need that we had all week that wasn't met, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

That's very difficult to gauge after a 6-hour driving trip. If you arrived outside of that time frame, they would charge $50 for lateness! They also decided to tell my sister on the drive there that she would need to pay in cash!! WHAT!?! The website says they took credit cards and charged an administrative fee of 5%. But suddenly, they wanted cash only. Absurd. So much for being customer-oriented....

I believe they contracted with me without the owners consent, or they were working a bait and switch on me. What ever the case maybe, I was not notified until 6 weeks prior to arrival. They could not provide me with another Sapphire condo rental, but just so happen to have another property that was of no interest to us. They refunded our 2 month total prepayment, but now we are faced with finding and booking a never seen condo, with just 5 weeks to arrival. It would be my suggestion to avoid this rental firm.

EHH, I highly do not recommend using this leasing company to book a condo…read more Let's start with why.... Key Pick-Up: If you come after hours to pick up your key like we did....Good Luck!! Geez Louise! We called in advance earlier that day letting them know that we would be arriving after 6pm. They assured us that this would not be a problem. Once we arrived the place was closed, no lights, no anything; there was a buzzer out front which I'm not sure even worked and a couple of phone numbers to call...one was disconnected and the other rang and rang. After about 20 minutes of calling this phone number someone finally picked up and agreed to meet us at the office in 2 hours!! Are you serious 2 hours?!? The entire Island is only about 3 miles long and 200 yards wide! And you need 2 hours!?! This is supposed to be property leasing company that caters to the customer, right?? Obviously NOT! TOWEL & LINENS Services: If you want new towels and linens you have to drive to the office within the hours allotted for pickup. Almost every other condominium on South Padre Island that we've ever stayed at, has onsite the towels and linens turn-in, but not with this leasing company. With them you have to drive to their office in order to replace your towels and linens. RIDICULOUSNESS! But they were Clean. In addition, the address to the office is incorrect. Your GPS will take you to another condominium a few blocks over. So be sure to get exact instructions over the phone on how to get to the office if you choose to use this leasing company. I WILL NOT EVER BOOK A CONDO USING THIS COMPANY! NEVER AGAIN!! And I DO NOT recommend it to anyone else.
