Mari was FANTASTIC and her treatment and professionalism were excellent. I would go to her again. The other three women with me did not receive what they ordered and it was later discovered that the intake paperwork and requested service did not correctly match the client! The therapists were given the wrong client paperwork. So one received treatments she didn't ask for and the others didn't get what they ordered. I think there must have been scheduling and language issues and maybe this is atypical but three of us were disappointed. Two of us had to share a treatment room which was also unexpected. We do have entertaining stories from the very odd and often uncomfortable experience each had. More than one of us had no idea what type of massage the "therapist" was even doing. But it was the exact opposite of a relaxing and soothing Swedish massage. The location is great; the garden whimsical, colorful and charming; staff was pleasant. We just need to be able to count on the service ordered and a competent therapist to execute it.

Tina got started with a wonderful massage that was truly so relieving. I work in healthcare and experience a lot of shoulder tension, she worked my shoulders and everything FANTASTIC! The atmosphere was wonderful and calming. I was treated to fresh fruit and hot tea afterwards which made all the difference in refreshing after I almost fell asleep 30 times. What an experience! I will 100% be returning and especially requesting Tina she really sealed the deal!

Since moving to Cottonwood I have refused to see a massage therapist because I was spoiled in Phoenix for 5 years with my own therapist. Having said that, Amber is truly amazing at what she does. I felt very comfortable when I walked in and she is extremely laid back. The heating pad on the bed was really nice. I wasn't sure what to expect from a prenatal and she went thru everything before we started. She targeted my hip muscles and all of my prenatal pains and I walked out feeling so much better. I highly recommend Amber. The massage couldn't have been better and I can't wait for my next one!!
