I asked for a strong male, and left feeling relaxed with my neck/shoulders so much looser/migraine gone by the morning! Will definitely be back when returning to Sedona!! The staff was polite and spoke perfect English (not sure what these other reviews are talking about)! It's not a fancy place, but I go for quality over aesthetic.

I am hard of hearing with anxiety and after the 10th 'what' I knew they were getting irritated with me but I couldn't hear anything and I feel like they took advantage of that and kept pushing add-ons on me. All things offered will cost extra which I mentioned it was my first time getting a massage so I didn't know that until the end because I couldn't even hear what they said! I just nodded along worried I'd keep irritating them. Which I did feel the irritation transferred into the actual massage. The massage itself left me a headache, jaw pain, and right chest pains that lasted into the night through the next day. I left feeling sore and like I paid a fortune for just an overall not good experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

NY has one of the highest requirements to become a Professional LMT. Her space is located in her house - it's simple & has the most important thing: a very good professional to give you a very good massage. If you are just looking for fancy, then she isn't your gal, but massage well done? Yes, please. Shana is a flexible person & easygoing. For whatever reason the GPS gets lost, but she warned me & gave me directions before hand & was also helpful when I did get lost anyways (‍ imagine that? Lol - I'm horrible with directions). Allow extra time to go there in case you too get lost or simply to find it. Not hard to find though. Thank you Shana for the wonderful massage you did on me. My body much needed a massage after all the traveling. Grateful to have found you, given you a try & already looking forward to another session. Couple's massage is also available, but I only had an individual massage - which I always prefer. Enjoy!!! ‍

The staff consists of very polite Thai ladies and the massage area was clean and soothing. The masseuse, Bi, started the massage with warm wet towels on the bottoms of my feet, followed by an oil massage using her fingers, hands, and elbows. She worked me over literally from head to toe. I had to get my body in order before my golf rounds in Scottsdale after a fiasco round in Utah. Luckily, Danielle was available on an observed holiday as many other places were not. I booked a one hour sports/deep tissue massage. Danielle is a mobile service provider. She brings a very comfortable and heated (optional) table with all the necessary oils. The massage itself was a mix of relaxation and pain, but in a good therapeutic way as some of the deep tissue had to be worked on. By the time she was done, my shoulder and neck was feeling much better and most of the pain was gone! There will be some soreness from the massage so I'd recommend to do it a day or two before any sports activities.
