My therapist made sure I was comfortable, both in positioning and with the pressure he applied. I left feeling like weights had been lifted off me. Really good spot to relax.

I felt body parts move during the treatment, ones that I didn't even know I had. I felt instant releases throughout the session and can breathe easier now, quite literally. I don't feel like I'm being squeezed to death anymore. Since I can move more easily now, I feel inspired to stretch and workout, something that I haven't felt in about 2 decades. I cannot wait to return for follow-up treatments. I plan to include STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION massage therapy into my lifestyle moving forward on my healing journey to health and wellness. I met Rick July 2024 only 48 hours after I euthanized my 12 year old rescue fur child. I was burning up mad with grief and unable to relax enough to eat or sleep. Getting his 2 hour massage was life altering, It was such a profound experience that as soon as I moved back to Arizona, I scheduled with Rick again!

NY has one of the highest requirements to become a Professional LMT. Her space is located in her house - it's simple & has the most important thing: a very good professional to give you a very good massage. If you are just looking for fancy, then she isn't your gal, but massage well done? Yes, please. Shana is a flexible person & easygoing. For whatever reason the GPS gets lost, but she warned me & gave me directions before hand & was also helpful when I did get lost anyways (‍ imagine that? Lol - I'm horrible with directions). Allow extra time to go there in case you too get lost or simply to find it. Not hard to find though. Thank you Shana for the wonderful massage you did on me. My body much needed a massage after all the traveling. Grateful to have found you, given you a try & already looking forward to another session. Couple's massage is also available, but I only had an individual massage - which I always prefer. Enjoy!!! ‍

I was emailed my history form and it was simple to complete and submit I received an email at the time of registering online for my appointment and a text the day of my appointment. I arrived approximately 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time. I was promptly greeted with high energy and excitement to provide services. I was offered a beverage of choice and to use the bathroom prior to my treatment. We went in the treatment room and talked about my problem areas and goal of treatment. The treatment room was very comfortable and calming. Melissa was professional and keeps a very clean workspace. She approached my massage very methodological and I could feel my sinus pressure relief, my muscle tension release, and just overall increased ability to breathe deeper and more calmly. I have had some massages but never at this level. If you are seeking an experience that is beyond what you could ever imagine, do not hesitate to book your appointment.

I have always enjoyed Deep Tissue Massage to work out the knots and any discomfort in my shoulders/back. When I first saw Tammy we discussed my areas of concern. Tammy is awesome! Prior to leaving after my first massage I ended up buying a package deal because I knew I would be back. Tammy's massage room is warm and inviting and I also loved the choice of aromatherapy oils. I find myself almost falling asleep on the table during a massage, which to me is my goal in relaxing. I leave her studio feeling like a new person, very relaxed. I will continue to see Tammy. Mari was FANTASTIC and her treatment and professionalism were excellent. I would go to her again. The other three women with me did not receive what they ordered and it was later discovered that the intake paperwork and requested service did not correctly match the client! The therapists were given the wrong client paperwork. So one received treatments she didn't ask for and the others didn't get what they ordered. I think there must have been scheduling and language issues and maybe this is atypical but three of us were disappointed. Two of us had to share a treatment room which was also unexpected. We do have entertaining stories from the very odd and often uncomfortable experience each had. More than one of us had no idea what type of massage the "therapist" was even doing. But it was the exact opposite of a relaxing and soothing Swedish massage. The location is great; the garden whimsical, colorful and charming; staff was pleasant. We just need to be able to count on the service ordered and a competent therapist to execute it.
