The salesman Dave was working and explained the different features of each mattress. I have to say we checked out a lot of them. The best thing is Dave was informative but not pushy. They sell only Serta mattresses. Our choice was the Euphoric Nights Hybrid style with a 10 year warranty. They delivered it on the next Thursday! Their delivery team was professional and friendly. They take away the old mattress free of charge. We previously shopped another Mattress store and the price quoted by that store was going to be over twice what we paid.

The price was right, and a very reasonable delivery/setup charge was well worth it. The 2 delivery men were prompt ,arriving in the delivery window and extremely respectful to us and our home. It took only a few minutes to assemble, and they wanted me to verify the installation and see if it was where we wanted it to set. We are very happy with all aspects of the operation.

5 Star Adjustable Bed Buying Experience in Ocean View:…read more I had a wonderful buying experience at the Mattress Firm store in Ocean View, Delaware. I bought a Serta Motion iSeries Adjustable Base and a new Serta mattress. Michelle Stephan, the store manager at my neighborhood store, was wonderful and the delivery was so fast, too! I bought the bed on a Monday and it was delivered that Thursday! Michelle was friendly, knowledgeable, wore a mask, and I felt it was a safe and friendly environment. The delivery experience also couldn't have been better. I got a call the night before confirming my delivery window and a follow up text that day! The delivery guys arrived on time, were friendly and polite, wore masks, and were very accommodating. I have to recommend that if you get an Adjustable bed, make sure to get it set up on the lowest height setting as it's kind of hard to hop out of the bed in the middle of the night with it in full on "taco" mode if it's too high up. I also wish I had had the option to buy a second (backup) remote control for the adjustable bed at the store, but Michelle my Sales Rep was so awesome, she emailed me the buying info from the factory! I am so loving my Serta adjustable bed, it's so great for reading and watching TV in bed. After a long day it also feels so relaxing to sleep with my feet raised above my core and it even helps with my a-hem... nonexistent snoring. (You can't prove anything! LOL) But seriously, I had a FIVE STAR experience from start to finish. Great service, great price, great delivery, and great follow up! Did I mention great?

This story doesn't start out well. We had issues with a piece of the bed frame we ordered not being…read moreavailable, and then the wrong piece being delivered multiple times. As a result, we had a lot of phone calls with this store. We ALWAYS received a prompt and courteous response, always with an aim toward resolving the problem. Communication was thorough; we never felt at any time like we were being ignored. The deliveries that were scheduled (again, multiple deliveries because we had that problem) were always on time, the the crew was very clean and professional. And, eventually the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I'm impressed because, like most people, we don't buy beds that often. It would have been easy for the team at this Mattress Firm to brush us aside, because, after all, how likely were we to buy another bed in the near future? That's not what happened. In each conversation, it felt like they were doing their best to resolve our situation and advocating on our behalf. We don't have any bed-buying plans for the near term. But, if we did, we would definitely return to this Mattress Firm. And, when the time does come, this store will be the first place we look.
