I bought a recliner few years back with a lifetime warranty and I've had a few issues with the chair. First issue was taken care of quickly. My second issue is recent and it sounded like a young kid has promised to call back twice with a solution and guess what, nothing. I expect a call back on getting it repaired and when 2 plus days go by and no call back I get upset. Time to call the boss so I can get this fixed.

My mom called and they send someone out to look at it and they agreed that there was a problem and said they would get back with them about back in February. I have now moved back to Texas and my mom explained to me what was going on and so I called. The first time I called was on 1/18 and was told by Cyrisa that she would have the general manager call me back that day. I did not receive a call, so I call back on 1/19 and talked with Sierra and she said they needed a picture of the manufacturers tag, so I immediately emailed it. On 1/19 Sierra told me that she would have the general manager call me and I never received a call back as I was promised. On 1/24 I called and talked with Sierra again and she said they had not heard anything back from the manufacturer. I was told again that she would have the general manager call me and I do not believe he will. I proceeded to tell Sierra that if I do not receive a call that I would come over and sit in their store and proceed to tell everyone that comes n how they treat elderly people. Also this was supposed to be special order and when you look at the manufacturer tag it was made approximately one year before they purchased it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS.

(refrigerator) order to arrive. Then Mackey's was brought to my attention. Wow...entering I was overwhelmed by the variety of selection and quality service. Yes, I did get my refrigerator, which could be delivered that day! I cannot speak highly enough of heir service men, Cody and Garrett, who quickly installed the refrigerator and removed the my old one. These guys were capable, willing, personable and showed rare character that one see's this day and time. Aaron! My order which contained frozen + refrigerated items were left on my front porch in 100 degree weather without any ice or insulated bag. I'm fairly new to Durant from Dallas (which has many delivery options). I've never received a food delivery with cold food not on ice or insulated. This may be the same in Dallas with Walmart. To top it off when I opened up my bags a big portion of the items that I ordered were missing. Disappointing. Was planning on making dinner but too many items missing. Eggs and milk were already warm. Frozen items barely frozen. I had already pre-paid a nice tip on a percentage of the items ordered. Basically the delivery person ended up with a 30% tip on a disappointing order. It is not the delivery person's fault. This is simply to inform ppl who possibly order delivery from Walmart.
