My wife and I visited several furniture stores before deciding to shop here, and from the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Brian Lieb. He was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. My wife had countless questions, and Brian patiently answered every one of them without hesitation. He walked us through the store, explained everything in detail, and made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. We ultimately purchased a loveseat, two chairs, and a small table that was perfect for our needs. The table was a floor model offered at 50% off. However, since it was a floor piece, it was not eligible for delivery, so I returned two days later to pick it up. That's where the issue began. When I arrived, Brian was assisting another customer, so I checked in with customer service and was directed to the pickup area. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was told the loading team was on lunch break and that it would take another 15 minutes. Initially, I was understanding, but after 30 minutes, I followed up again and was informed that the table was still on the showroom floor and had not yet been brought to the pickup area. During this time, I noticed other customers receiving large furniture pickups while I continued to wait. After nearly an hour with no clear communication or progress, I became frustrated and decided to cancel the pickup. The refund was processed, and I left feeling disappointed and concerned about the level of service. At that point, I was even considering canceling the entire order. What stood out most was that no one followed up after the cancellation to understand what went wrong. However, the turning point came the next day. Brian personally called me--on his day off, and even on his birthday--to apologize and explain that this situation was a one-time issue. His willingness to go above and beyond to make things right truly stood out and restored my confidence in the company. Because of his effort, I decided to give them another chance and repurchased the table online. There was a minor scheduling error with the delivery date, but Brian responded immediately, corrected the issue, and ensured everything was delivered as requested. He even worked with his manager to provide an additional discount on the floor model. In the end, everything arrived properly and met our expectations. If it weren't for Brian, I would have canceled the entire order. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to customer service made all the difference. With over 20 years of experience in customer service myself, I can confidently say that Brian is a tremendous asset to the company. Thank you, Brian, for going above and beyond

When October 14th came and nobody came and I called them they told me that it was a mistake that the delivery date got sent out. Someone said they would call me in 30 minutes to tell me my delivery date which they didn't so three days later I had to call them and ask them when it's my stuff getting delivered. Apparently there was no delivery date going to be scheduled so if I didn't call no one would call me. They gave me a date of the 23rd, I was supposed to get an email telling me what time they're arriving. Guess who never got an email? So today is the day there's no notice of when they're coming I have no idea if they're coming and you go on the website there's no information provided. There's never going to be a time again in my life that I would ever buy anything from this company again. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism or lack of care. I paid $2,500 for a dining room table that I still haven't received, and don't even know if I'll ever get. And then I got that white glove stuff, will you pay people to come and put the stuff together. They're barely even showing up to deliver the thing nevertheless put stuff together, white glove service my behind.

I'll start by admitting I was incredibly indecisive during the entire furniture-shopping process. It had been over 15 years since I last bought furniture, so the thought of making the right choice was both overwhelming and a little scary. I wanted quality, style, and value, and I'm happy to say I found all threat Adams Furniture! I want to highlight the patience and professionalism of the sales associates who helped me. Marco (I hope I have his name right -- green eyes!) was so helpful, relatable, and understanding during my decision-making process. But it was Taha who truly stole the show. From start to finish and even long after my furniture was delivered, his service was nothing short of exceptional. Taha didn't stop helping once the sale was complete. He continued to assist me even after my furniture was in my home, offering ideas for color palettes and helping me figure out the best way to rearrange my living room. When I was considering returning my original purchase for a new arrival, they were so accommodating and explained that while there would be a delivery fee for the exchange, the fact that the option even existed spoke volumes. Many stores don't offer that kind of flexibility. In the end, I decided to keep my original pieces. The furniture is beautiful, reliable, and more affordable than many other places I looked. And the service? Unmatched. Taha treated me like a valued returning customer from the moment I walked in with incredible hospitality and a welcoming approach. He remembered my name, offered snacks and a non-alcoholic beverage during my lengthy visits, and created a warm, welcoming environment that made the whole experience enjoyable. He never made me feel like he was judging me for my indecisiveness or inability to choose something right away. What really says it all is that I actually cancelled an order I had placed at another store because Taha's personable presence, honesty, and professionalism made me trust him and trust the quality of what I was buying. Because of that, he earned my loyalty. Now, almost a month later, I'm still happy with my purchase! Thank you Taha! I can confidently say I'll be coming back here for any future furniture needs. Trust is everything in a big purchase like this, and they've absolutely earned mine. I ended up getting the Draycoll loveseat and sofa recliner by Ashley. One thing I also appreciated was that this review came from my own volition -- they didn't harass me to write a review, which makes this an even more honest one. This company is a fraud. They did a total bait and switch when I purchased a bedroom set. The…read moretotal for the set was $1,800 and the sales person set up payment arrangements so I could pay over 4 months interest free. The payments had to come out as an EFT from a checking account and they would not accept a debit card. Every two weeks for 4 months and the purchase would be paid in full. I made a cash payment of $300 at the time, which was never noted on the receipt. They took that money to pay for delivery and take away of the old mattress. Once the 4 months were up they continued to take payments and when I called the credit company I was told I needed to pay the full amount of $5,000 which was the amount of credit I was approved for on the date of purchase. I refused to pay any additional as I never used the remainder of the credit. They tried again after I put a stop payment on my account, then tried to put a payment through the debit card they refused to use initially. I was made aware on the purchase date that if I did not pay in full over the 4 months that the interest rate would be 50%. Absolutely outrageous!! The credit company tried to negotiate over the phone to get any amount they could to fulfill the total of $5,000. I am still fighting to get the payments back and resolve this matter. DO NOT TRUST ADAMS FURNITURE OF IT'S SALES ASSOCIATES.

Thankfully Xavier was the one for us that day! We told him what we needed, the dimensions that would work, and the color palate. He wandered around with us while we sat on and measured everything. He showed us things, we showed him things and generally had a really fun time together for several hours on the showroom floor. We purchased several pieces of furniture on our Bob's credit card. I think we were like $50 over the limit and I was asked if I wanted a one time credit increase. I was NOT made aware there would be a hard impact which really REALLY angers me and is something the manager should have explained. I would have just paid the $50 and saved the credit hit. Like think that through folks... Anyway, we made our order and had to wait for manager approval. That is one I don't understand like another reviewer wrote - is it a sales tactic or do you just not trust your salespeople? Regardless, we are really grateful for Xavier spending time with us to find the perfect furniture pieces for our new home. The delivery was another issue entirely. Our closing date was pushed back so I was easily able to reschedule my delivery the first time. I was also informed we could select our delivery window the day before. On the day before delivery, we were told our delivery was slotted for 7am-10am. That wasn't going to work because we had our movers scheduled. I called. I used the chat feature. I emailed. I was told from the chat feature that someone in management would reach out to me by 4pm. At 5pm I asked how much longer. At 7pm I followed up again. At 10pm one more time but alas their customer service was closed. I had to rearrange my entire morning for the delivery to show up at 945am. The men who delivered were great. They were careful with our newly refinished wood floors, set the furniture up exactly how and where I wanted it and cleaned out all the associated trash. Sadly one of the pieces wouldn't fit through the doorway to the room we needed and had to send it back. Customer service called me to confirm the return of that piece and that I would be receiving a credit on my first statement. All in all the delivery was a success.

AITA? After doing a little bit of internet searching for a…read morecarpet cleaner I found K-A Carpet. I saw on Yelp they were running an offer for $50 to get $100 credit on service. I went on their website and decided just to book through their website as I like supporting local businesses, especially if they invested in an online presence. Some background: I moved from South of Boston to North of Boston, and my new place wasn't so new and needs some cleaning before I move-in. I talked with the owner who said when they get their carpets cleaned they are usually charged for three rooms for the place, so I assumed it would be equivalent to 400 square feet. I also wanted to clean the tile/grout from the kitchen and bathroom - at least the places where foot traffic was, so I figured for the bathroom would be 25 square feet and the kitchen about 50 square feet. Thus, I put in for 75 square feet of tile/grout cleaning. Okay, so I add those services and pick a day that the owner of the unit would be there prior to my arrival. I pay the $60 down-payment to confirm the online order. I sent the owner cash to pay, with $65 extra in case of any overages or in case they do a wonderful job and feel the need to tip $20. The day comes, I receive a call from the tech at 12:06pm who is doing the service when they arrived on location. I let the tech know that I'm not on-location but the person there is opening up the garage for them now and that I left cash as payment for their services with him when thee services are complete. And at that time he told me that the garage door was opening and he was greeted by the owner. Minor issue 1: I received a call from the owner at 12:08pm saying that the tech requested the full bill to include what I paid in the down-payment and wanted to verify if I paid anything up-front. I then pulled up the email and credit card online statement to be sure that I was charged the down-payment and told them that I did in-fact pay the down-payment of $60, and the due at completion would be the remainder balance of the invoice. So, what was up with the tech not knowing how much to collect? Or was that a tactic just to get more money when he knew he wasn't dealing with the person paying the bill? Sure, could be an innocent blunder not looking at invoice very closely. But that got solved. I get to the location the following day and talk with the owner who informed me that they liked the carpet cleaning service, but didn't like the chemical or perfume in the cleaner as it made him cough. I looked around and the carpets were cleaned decently enough. Could I have cleaned it the same or better with a rug doctor mighty pro or bissell big green machine rental - yes. I then as about the tile in the bathroom or kitchen as I also expected the bathroom or kitchen to be done as I paid for 75 square feet of that too, but was told that they didn't. The owner then handed me back $60, indicating he thought the tech only deserved a $5 tip. I asked if they mentioned anything about the tile or grout cleaning service, to which the owner said no. I then reached out for support using text messaging to see what K-A's side of the story was at 9:54am. And after a phone conversation at 10:29am, they informed me that the space was larger than anticipated, and when they spoke with the person at the property they got "no response," however, if they were wrong they could reschedule to come back. The part I thought was strange is the "no response" because I got a call when the amount due was in question... Why didn't I also get a call here, either from the tech or the owner saying something isn't adding up. I can understand if there was a miscommunication on the exact dimensions of the space, so I voiced my thoughts, which verbatim are "I'll check and get back to you. If you don't hear back from me everything is ok." I get the space measured, and turns out that yes the measurements were a little off, but according KA's own ordering/scheduling system was a difference in price of $50 if they charged exact amount of carpet space plus 100 square feet for the actual 105 square feet tile/grout. Or a difference in price of $77.50 if they charged 125 square feet for the 105 actual square feet of the tile/grout. The owner had enough to cover $65 in case this exact thing happens. And you would think a reasonable person would accept $15 for an extra 5 square feet of space, instead of the 90c per square foot they charge in the 25-sq.ft.block billing. Or could have just said it was 100 square feet and pocketed the rest as a tip. I bring this information back via text messaging and get told that they would be happy to schedule tile and grout cleaning for $250. Also that I'm entitled to a $12.50 refund as that is the difference between what I paid and what services I received. This review will be 3 different times in one…read more 3/5 Finally stopped in MLs mostly to browse. Turned out they had a lot of nice inexpensive furniture. I bought a media table for my TV, couch with built in chaise, coffee table end table set and a dinette set with 2 red chairs and 2 grey chairs that I think will look fantastic in my condo. 3/19 Received a call from MLs saying they can't do the red and grey chairs. Either 1 of each color or all brown. I asked to speak to the manager. Mike gave me the song and dance about trying to get what I ordered. Unbeknownst to me. I asked if I choose different colors then what I wanted can I get a discount? He repeatedly said all brown or 1 of each color. I asked why he waited until the day before my delivery to tell me I can't have what I ordered and that I'd be willing to change it if he offered me a discount. He begrudgingly gave me a whopping $10 off the $249 dinette set. Now you have to realize that when I was in the store he told me about all the real estate he owns and that his kids go to private school. I did not read any previous reviews of this store until today but I'll leave that up to you. I'm just aggravated that they waited until now to tell me. I chose those colors for a reason.
