The man I spoke to told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. I told him we will let the court decide that. The next day a woman called me and told me she was the owner and that she was sending me the firm mattress. Now another week has gone by and the firm mattress has not shown up. I called again to see where this all stood but they have not called me back. So I guess if I want a firm mattress I should have gone to Mattress Firm

Never had an issue until my this last mattress. When I took it back to them the manager did not want to fix it for me so he said I was just out of luck . But I decided to reach out and to management again and I old manager was no longer there and Chelsea was unaware of the problem I had and she jumped right in and took care of the problem by reply to me and she did a fantastic job wi speaking to the owner of Fox Mattress and because the had pictures of the issue with the bad mattress. They replaced it with a new mattress I am so grateful because I am on disability and I did know what I was going to do . So I give Them 5 stars rating and will continue to encourage people to continue to buy from them. They saw my issue and responded quickly so thanks a million I'll be sleeping better tonight. Me while I want some give, I don't want to feel like I am not sleeping on the floor. The last mattress we purchased was a sleep number bed. We had it for 6-7 years and frankly neither of us liked it. My wife said she felt like she was sleeping ona cheap air mattress. After trying out a lot of mattresses we decided to go here. Lots of selection and really great prices. No gimmicks and the return and replace policy seemed realistic and honest. We finally decided on the latex foam, split king mattress. After a few weeks I loved my side (and still do) but my wife wanted something softer. We returned to the store and decided to purchase the Serenity mattress for her. She is very pleased. Two different mattresses side by side but no difference in appearance. One side is not any higher than the other. So yes we got a perfect fit for us! By the way, while at the store we decided not to do the exchange but instead moved her latex foam mattress into our guest bed room. We could easily do that with the price differentials we were seeing from other stores.

After discussing what we were looking for he put us in the right location and after explaining to him the few important features we were looking for and that we would like to browse the showroom without assistance he gladly honored our request and let us know where he would be if we had any questions. As with any furniture selection color is important but we knew we would have to be open minded being we weren't looking to replace all our living room furnishings. Our existing recliners have served us well and although they operate 100% manually - prior to starting our search we knew there would likely be options available that may not have been available a decade ago. Timing is everything and since the Fourth of July holiday is approaching we knew it was likely that every retail furniture store worth shopping would be having their annual holiday sale and we found that to be the case here. After doing some due diligence we had identified what was important to us - definitely real leather, powered verse a manual operation in regards to the leg rest, the head rest and lumbar support any additional options we would deal with through discovery. This store has an impressive number of recliners on the floor in all types of materials with a plethora of options. After an hour of so of testing, reclining, adjusting almost everything short of taking a nap, we decided we needed to go thank Eric for his time get his business card and move on to explore other options. This is very nice store and the staff was extremely friendly and out going I'd definitely stop in again when furniture shopping in the future...

However, buyer beware of Mattress Firm promotional offers, read on. We were into the Mattress Firm store in Daytona Beach during the 2026 President's Day promotion. We were interested in the Tempur-Pedic Memory Foam mattress. We were told there was a discount when we purchased the mattress due to the promotion. We had not asked about sheets, but the sales person stated that the manager would authorize a set of sheets, at no charge to us, as part of the promotion. We had asked about the price of a Down Pillow, lying on one of the showroom mattresses. The sales associate stated that with the promotion, the manager would authorize giving us two of these pillows at no charge. That was one queen size sheet set, $149.00 and two down pillows at $249.00 each for no charge, due to the promotion. We liked the mattress and purchased it. The invoice did state that the sheet set and pillows were non-refundable or exchangeable. Since we were not paying for them, they were given to us free, we did not question this statement. After 60 days into the 120-day trial, we could not adjust to the firmness of the mattress. We called and requested information to return the mattress. We were told the fee for a return, which we agreed to prior to the purchase. The sales associate stated that we would also, have to pay for the sheet set and both pillows. We reminded the sales associate that we did not request these items, they were offered to us as part of the promotion at no charge. We were informed that we had to pay for these items. We protested, but after a short time on hold, we were informed that the sales associate had talked to the manager. Apparently, the manager stated, this cost was our responsibility. Buyer beware of Mattress Firm promotional offers, claiming "at no charge" to the buyer. It has come across to us now as gimmick, to "sweeten the pot," so to speak, to get us to purchase the mattress from Mattress Firm. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with this part of the "return" process!

Our Designer showed us many different colors, choices, designs, and spectacular options using computerized technology. We were originally redoing a room and then decided to take advantage of their designer and redid our entire house. We were surprised at how reasonable there furniture, artwork, and lighting options cost . Our only regret was not using Havertys in the past .
