My husband and I dreaded, put off shopping for a mattress with an adjustable bed frame. We finally, went to Mattress Warehouse on Lee Highway next to Trader Joe's. We were greeted by Mr. Surender. He was very kind and was a no pressure salesman. He actually told us we did not need to buy a mattress. We only needed to buy the adjustable bed frame. Which is really what we wanted. Our mattress is fairly new and we love it. Mr. Surender did not try to sell us the top of the line with all the extras. Our purchase was very easy and took no time. Customer service was top notch! We were offered water and felt very comfortable in the store. Both gentlemen working has the same last name. I highly recommend both of them. The employees know the company don't care about them so their attitude sucked. so I left and ordered from amazon. got the mattress when promised no attitudes, saved over half of what I would have spent on those over priced mattresses in their stores and it sleeps great. Sayed the sales rap made our mattress selection really simple. It was my first time going to that store after a recommendation from my sister to get the mattress from this store. The mattress that I was purchasing was for my mother and therefore had to be the best thing in the market to make sure she gets a good night sleep. Sayed was patient with all our questions and concerns, gave us a good deal, and the delivery was smooth which was the next day. The drivers did take off their shoes when I asked them to. Took the old mattress and set up the new one. Recently another family member who got their mattress from the same place through Sayed. The delivery company delivered a wrong mattress and I was told it was a frustrating process to talk to Sayed and his colleague regarding the miss up. I was a first time mattress buyer with no idea what I was looking for, what a good price was, or what to do about delivery. After going to multiple stores and being treated like a child by other sale associates, I came here and was treated with respect and attention. They gave me plenty of options in my price range, as well as advice for a first time buyer. I never felt pressured towards one mattress or another, and was given time to just see how the mattresses felt without being rushed. I don't know how it's spelled, but our sales associate was Body. This dude was such a gentleman and good, honest salesperson. He gave me a very good price on the mattress I chose, and gave thorough explanations of the delivery process. I have never been so disappointed. I had brought 3 bed from here. Order some sheets to go with on on the beds. This was about one year now. I have never received my sheets. My wife and I stopped by MW in Centreville to try out mattresses while searching for an adjustable bed. We had been to 2 or 3 other mattress stores but our best experience was with Andrew at MW in C'ville. He was very knowledgeable on the products in the store and helped us figure out what we needed and were looking for. The store had a mattress testing machine to help figure out what type of support your body needs. We finally decided to purchase the adjustable bed today and worked with Andrew again. On Jan 17th 2012, I went to get two twin size mattress for my daughters bunk bed..I expected that the store would already have them b/c I always see mattresses lined up in mattress stores (on T.V. and in real life). I had called prior to going and talked to the "manager" about what I was looking for, the manager told me he would beat any other price, I told him IKEA had them for 99.99 and he beat the price by 9.99 (each mattress for 90$). Not a bad deal. But he said he had to get them delivered from Maryland, which I was not happy about b/c I wanted the mattresses now..not later. But I gave in and paid for them. The manager said he would call me when they get there in a week....a week!....I thought: "now you tell me that it's going to come here in a week...after I paid for it? I could have picked it up at Maryland and been back in 3 hours". Well whatever, I wasn't in a rush...I'll wait a week. The week is up and, next Monday comes around...no call from the store. So I called them and the same guy answers and apologizes b/c the mattresses weren't there and they will be another week. I said okay and waited till next Monday. When it comes around the manager calls me saying how the mattresses I paid for already didn't get here. He even called his really good friend at the warehouse who told him that the mattresses were special order and it'd take 8 weeks to make them...because they don't use petroleum based foam anymore (I didn't get it..nor was I trying to). He said he would upgrade me to a better foam, which he would get delivered to my house in two days. I said...fine and waited again. Two days later, on Thursday, no call. Friday, no call. So I went into the store Saturday...and the same manager saw me and asked me to wait while he calls someone again. Then he said that the mattresses can get delivered on Monday. I was done with this nonsense. One good thing...I said: "I want a refund" and I got it within 10 seconds. read more

Agree with other posts that you should do your research prior to buying a mattress, but understand that you will not find the same exact style of bed sold at two different realtors. Company sux. Was told I couldn't get delivery for 3 days. SO on Friday I took day off from work, mind you didn't get any call in 3 days from Store saying delivery wasn't do-able. Find out today - only because I called that it was held up in contracts. Well HELLO - that F^%$# sales contract I signed is a contract! Now have to wait another 3-4 days - making it over a week for delivery. Took my money quick enough though, Exchange Policy - not what they tell it is or even what is written on sales contract. Not even close Exchange warranty diverts all exchange prices to their MSRP - NOT the price you paid. Incurs additional charges as well over $200+. Wouldn't mind- but for the thousand of dollars we spend on these mattress. Oh - best part is I took the Bed Comfort Test 3 times - entered the exact same data and got 3 different results. Bought the #1 rated bed for me = way too soft. Believe Bed Test just pushes the beds they want to sell. I now like dealing with Used Car salesmen= pretty honest.
