Great discount furniture store. They have a nice selection of Ashley furniture at very good…read moreprices. They have everything from living room sets, dining room sets, bedroom sets, mattresses and rugs. There are plenty of people working that are able to assist when needed. We had a bedroom set that we had wanted to purchase at a different furniture store but they ran out of stock. Saw it at this location and they had it in stock and ready to deliver the same week. Their prices were coming up higher than the other place but we showed our invoice from the other location and they were able to price match! Delivery was great too as they assembled the furniture for you. The delivery guys were fast and efficient. Great place to purchase furniture!

We were told they hold up to 350 pounds which we are no where even close to that weight and assured this was a quality brand that would last . It's just myself and my husband and we take extremely good care of our things. After purchasing we noticed a tear in the corner top on the end recliner which a repair guy came out and fixed. It is now a year in a half old . Recliners are sinking into wood, cushions in foot rest all sunk. One of the regular cushions that's probably has been sat on a hand full of times was ripped, and corner that was previously repaired came undone. Was extremely disappointed as it wasn't a cheap sectional. Called several times and waited over a month for a repair guy to come out after first guy never returned a call or showed up. Owner finally sends a different repair guy who came out. We explained the problems. Since it was sinking in he decided to put in a different foam that was thicker cause it was still doing the same thing with the stuffing that was in it originally after he added more in. Had me sit on it for a min which is hard to tell. Called him back after a day cause myself nor my husband could sit on it without our backs killing us cause it was so hard and different material. Also I had mentioned that since he put that in the end recliner was making a banging noise. He came back out and pulled out the thicker foam and added some other foam. The sectional is still sinking in a we were told noise from end recliner that was never there prior to him coming was a weight distribution problem, and nothing could be done. We were also told to buy lumbar cushions for our backs. He also told us we could add more foam. We didn't buy a couch to be adding foam to it, as we are not in the furniture repair business. After he left the first time he called me back cause he forgot to tack material under foot rest so was headed back. I called the owner back to let him know how disappointed we were. He was extremely rude telling me why would we call repair guy back after it was fixed and we signed paperwork that we were satisfied. Obviously no communication between them. I explained that I literally sat on it for less than a minute after he was done. He was well aware I had foot surgery and had to be on the couch. I was more than patient waiting over a month for someone to even come out. Every time I called back the owner would say I can't believe he didn't call you I'll email him again. The end result was we were told if we wanted it fixed he would send somebody here and we could pay for it! We are now stuck with this sectional that we have to put pillows behind our back just to sit for a short period. This has put a lot of mental stress on my healing process. We will never purchase another item from this business again. Make sure to get in writing the broken promises when you purchase.

He was never pushy, but took time to get to know us and our sleeping habits; he explained features of several mattresses that fit our sleep style and then left us with pillows so we could relax and try the mattresses without pressure from him. Upon our return from a lengthy overseas excursion, we found our 25+ year old mattress "lacking"…read more However, we waited to fully recover, both physically (in our 80's) and financially before seeking a replacement. Three months later (August of 2025) we chose Quality Sleep Shop's (QSS) articulated bed frame and matched a "firm" mattress to it. However, we were not completely satisfied. We thought we might get accustomed to it but never did! So in February of 2026 we inquired as to whether there was any way to fix the problem. Here's when we learned our folly. In order for the mattress to conform to the articulation of the new frame, the mattress (by design) cannot contain the perimeter wire found on "normal" mattresses. This is when (and where) QSS excelled with customer service. On the condition that our new (6 month old) mattress had not been damaged or soiled in the interim, for a nominal fee (labor and transportation) the QSS picked up the mattress disassembled it to the extent that they could replace the TOP cushioning with a firmer product, reassembled it, and reinstalled it - ALL on the very same day! We dare you to imagine another company making the same commodity to match such service. Needless to say - we're very happy and satisfied - Thank you Quality Sleep Shop!

My wife and I headed out last night (9/2/16) to checkout what American Mattress had to offer. We were welcomed by Bill, a salesman who has been with the company for ten years. We had our two young daughters with us and he made sure they were perfectly situated in some bean bag chairs and found a Netflix program to keep them occupied while Mommy and Daddy tested out the mattresses. Bill made us feel very comfortable and was nonintimidating...he kind of just let us check everything out and was there to answer our questions as they came up. We really liked the selection...they had every big name brand represented, from Simmons to Serta to Tempur-Pedic to Sealy, etc. Although it wasnt our plan to buy on that visit, we found what we were looking for in a Serta and decided to take advantage of the killer Labor Day deals!
