After selecting a mattress that I wanted, I followed the directions at the kiosk, ordered the product, and checked out. They either take average APR finance (if approved) or you can use your credit card. I got a four hour window that day, for delivery the following day. Sure enough, the delivery staff was there as promised. They were very professional, set up the new bedding, and removed the old bedding, absolutely free. An absolutely fabulous experience!

We found a table on clearance with nothing wrong with it. They just needed to make space for new inventory. We were seriously at the right place at the right time because the table is perfect and the prices not only for the table, but in the entire stores were shockingly fair and low. We were able to make our purchase quickly, leave and returned the next day (by our choice) to pick up the table. We could have taken it home with us same day but I needed to make room in the vehicle. They disassembled it immediately and loaded it right up for us upon arrival. Incredible customer service! We will totally shop here again. While approaching the building, the area is clean and has no hazards. While entering the building (and I wish I would have taken photos), the sales room is large and open, and everything is neatly displayed. I am getting into the reason for the review. When we need furniture, we purchase from Total Furniture as the product is durable and well made. The prices are also very good for the quality. We did purchase the extended warranty, and this time, we needed to use it as our reclining chair broke. They were unable to find the matching piece, so it provided us an allowance to purchase a new chair. We picked one out and brought it home, and two weeks later, the motor stopped working. The warranty is now void because it was a new piece, and the piece was a final sale. We reached out to the manufacturer whose info was attached to the chair, and they told us to contact Total Furniture for assistance. I called and left a message on Tuesday, but I had to wait until Friday at the earliest to hear back as they are closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I received a call back from Nick, who worked with me via text and provided photos and responses, and he finally followed up and said he believed he had a motor that may work. I went to pick it up on Sunday, and Mark then assisted to assure the motor he had was the correct one. So, many thanks to these two gentlemen who work for a great company who stands behind their products. We will return to Total Furniture when looking for new furniture and, in the meantime, spread the word about the great service they provide!
