I went to Mattress Firm in Brighton and was greeted by Nate, and immediately felt like he had our best interests in mind. He helped us zero in on mattresses that would fit our needs, educated us completely, and genuinely cared about us having the best night's sleep that we could get. I ended up purchasing a Purple 3. He made the process easy and it ended up being the best sales transaction of a large purchase that I've ever made. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone in need of a mattress go to the Brighton Mattress Firm and ask for Nate. This is a great store, and Nate is a great guy.

We needed a twin mattress for a guest room…read more Allen greeted us and listened to what we needed and showed us some options without being pushy. He gave us the information we needed and let us try a few mattresses. He was pleasant. We chose a mattress and he said it could be delivered within a few days ( we got it within 2 days) . The communication with the delivery people was excellent, they called the day before and gave us a window of 2 hours and then sent an automated call saying they would be there in 10 minutes, which they were. The two men who delivered the bed were very professional and friendly. The mattress was the same price as we would have spent for a "bed in a box" online, but we were able to try it before we bought it. We were very pleased with the whole process beginning to end!

I also needed to dispose of the old couch. However, as the deal was wrapping up, the salesman informed me that I had a choice of having the delivery crew drop it off in the driveway, or I could pay an additional $150 for them to bring it in the house. On top of that, they would haul away the old couch for another $100. Very angry at this turn, I said I'll get it into my house and take the old one to the curb by myself. So, while this scam of an outfit touts reasonable prices for their furniture, BEWARE THE DELIVERY FEES. I avoided $250 in surprise costs. I advise you to do the same. I will never do business with them again.
