The sales people were friendly and professional. We were looking for an entertainment center with a fireplace insert. The one we really liked was not available to order and they only had the floor model. The floor model was in perfect condition and offered to us at a great discount. The manager assured us that they would plastic wrap the entire piece to ensure it remained in perfect condition. They also recommended a third party delivery service, which they use all the time and multiple people in the store recommended. This delivery person was a total fiasco, so do not follow Raymour & Flanigan suggestions (but this will be a different review).  Upon receiving our item there were scratches and gouges on the top due to the Raymour & Flanigan's employees plastic wrapping the angled shelf directly on top of the console with no protection/padding between. This is just sloppy and laziness. We contacted our sales person the next day who was very responsive and stated, this is not how we do business and said she would send a ticket to the top and get back to us. We have heard nothing since the complaint was filed.  Yes, we know floor models are "as is" but when negligence on the sellers part causes the damage after the sale, there should be some follow up. While the furniture is nice and reasonably priced, I would be very hesitant to recommend purchasing from Raymour and Flanigan as you may not receive what you paid for in the store.

Here we are so many years later wanting to switch out a chaise cushion on the sofa. After all these years - now living on the west coast and Sharon is still going above and beyond! I reached out thinking there would be no chance they would help after all of these years. I was wrong - Sharon and her assistant have been responsive, creative and unbelievable in finding some options for us. I would only hope I could be so lucky to find a 'Sharon Brill' in Seattle!

On May 20, 2026, I purchased a loveseat from Ashley Furniture. The loveseat was a floor model. At…read morethe time of purchase, the salesperson explicitly informed me that if I was not satisfied with the loveseat, I would have three days to return it. The office manager was seated nearby during this conversation and was aware of the terms that were communicated to me. The loveseat was delivered on May 28, 2026. The following morning, May 29, 2026, I decided that the loveseat was not suitable for my needs and contacted Ashley Furniture to arrange a return. When I spoke with the office manager, she initially informed me that the loveseat could not be returned. I reminded her that I had been told at the time of purchase that I had a three-day return period. She then stated that a return would be allowed, provided I paid a $150 retrieval fee. I agreed to the fee, and she instructed me to come to the store to make the payment. After driving to the store, I was informed by the office manager that the loveseat could not be returned after all because it was a floor model. She acknowledged that the salesperson had told me I had three days to return the loveseat, so she was aware of the conversation. If she knew it was wrong information, she should have said so before I made the purchase. The store manager then joined the discussion and likewise stated that the loveseat could not be returned. However, he also acknowledged that I had been told I could return the loveseat within three days. When I asked him directly whether I had been given incorrect information, he apologized and admitted that I had indeed been told I had a three-day return window, but stated that there was nothing he could do and would not stand behind their word. In addition, the delivery driver also informed me at the time of delivery that I had three days to return the loveseat if I chose not to keep it. As a result, three Ashley Furniture employees--the salesperson, the office manager, and the store manager--as well as the delivery driver, acknowledged that I was told I had a three-day return period. Despite these admissions, Ashley Furniture has refused to honor the terms that were represented to me when I made the purchase. Buyer beware, stay away from Ashley. They are not a company you can trust.

My mother took her antique dry sink to be repaired and was extremely disappointed in the result…read more The man claimed he was going to save the original wood but ended up replacing it without asking her. The wood he did use wasn't even a match to the patina so now it just looks strange. She was also told it would take a week, which turned into almost a month, and he and his wife were extremely rude when she called to ask about it. Avoid these people if you can. They have no business anywhere near expensive antiques or anything valuable that you want handled with care.
