The women in the showroom were very knowledgeable & made the purchasing process seamless. The color couch we wanted was not something that was in stock & was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, which we were fine with. They had plenty of other options that could have been delivered sooner but this was the one we really wanted. They had everything delivered to us within the given time frame! The gentlemen who delivered the couch were professional & efficient. It had been raining on the day of delivery so the ground was wet, but they got the couches in our back door and not a spot on them. Very reasonably priced furniture & a great team to assist you! We will definitely be stopping here first for any future furniture needs.

Every other store had delivery for the sofas we wanted estimated for 8-12 weeks (Covid, back orders, pausing in manufacturing). We came into this store and began looking around. We saw a cute counter height table with stools at an very reasonable price (less than 500 for a table and 4 upholstered stools) and was in stock to be delivered on Monday (we bought on Saturday). We also purchased a sectional sofa and a lift top coffee table. The sofa was also available to be delivered and set up on Monday (two days from purchase!!). All items (full dining room set with 4 stools, large 3 piece sectional, and lift top coffee table) plus delivery came to just under 1800. They also have some financing options available as well! The folks who worked there were also incredibly helpful and worked with us to get the items we wanted as quickly as possible. I would 10000% return to this place for my furniture needs!

We have not moved for 26+ years and going from a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in Florida to a 2/2 apartment home in North Carolina has us challenged on many fronts surrounding this life change. Jenna was super friendly and very supportive and relaxed throughout the morning of our shopping the Cooper's showroom in Cary. I had seen an upholstered king bed on their website which was the piece that drove us to Cooper's in the first place. Jenna let us know the approximate delivery time and it seemed way too far out so we walked the showroom pondering our options. There was a lovely console table that would fit just perfectly in our new space and Jenna arranged to have the floor piece delivered in a fairly short turnaround time so that we could have something lovely in our new home. When I called back a couple days later to inquire about that same bed we had seen at the start of our furniture search, Jenna was very helpful and super organized with getting us pricing and ETA's on both the bed and a narrow lingerie drawer that would fit our smaller footprint. All-in-all a painless and seamless process so far. We attribute this to Jenna's extensive experience and great demeanor. Thank you.

Important for my disabilities, as I had donated two feather down combo sets that were too hard, and could not afford another set. I noted upon arrival that the seats were hard as rocks while the delivery men were still in front of the house and called asking for our salesperson or a supervising person post haste to no avail. When I finally reached her, days later, she told me I must be reading the numbers on the cushions wrong. We finally brought the entire seat of one cushion in and she was stunned, stating she had no idea where it came from. LONG STORY SHORTENED-SHE WAS STILL ORDERING A FOAM THEY NO LONGER CARRIED. Bassett offered to exchange for feather and down, but the man brought 3 seat cushions, said he would reorder about12 to 16 weeks. Now almost a year since delivery and we call, but again hold for an hour and hang up on us as we had initially( not mentioned because it took too much space). We had planned to try and sell it so we could buy something I could sit on instead of just my bedroom chair as I did for the previous winter. She was to call us about putting the softer fiber, like the back, in the seats. We called once since and got nothing. Now a second year of no visitors during the holidays because there are blankets on the sofa and chair I do not use because they hurt. Pretty to look at, but not what we ordered. Breach of contract obviously, but they chose to ignore us. Maybe they dislike physically disabled or knew I was military by my bank choice.
