I then contacted Rize who then sent me to Serveco. I have had two technicians at my home.  The first technician requested part number FAB-101C.   The second technician has requested that a remote and an FAB-101C be sent and need to be paired prior to shipping. Serveco contacted me the day after the last technician visit stating that if a remote and FB-101C pairing is required that they would need to send out an entire new bed. I spoke with Serveco yesterday and they informed me that they are waiting on your response to an email that was sent on February 17 to Customatic Beds. I am now being forced to try to sleep on a bed that is stuck in a partial heads up position, which is causing major stress on my back, with major pain continuing to grow.  This is the only bed within my home. This issue of a non functioning bed has been going on entirely too long.  Additionally having to jump through so many hoops for a product that is supposed to have a 5 year manufacturer's  warranty.

I asked the clerk what he would do in my situation. He said buy a new mattress. Won't be buying anything from them. I have purchased three mattresses from them in the last 1 1/2 years. The salesperson stated that they would call me at 7 am on the given date and give me a 2 hour window on when the delivery would take place. They never called in morning. They texted late in the morning stating I was #10 on the delivery schedule. I replied asking for the 2 hour window, and they didn't reply. This seems to be a pattern with shermans and their incompetence. When they finally did show up, they stated they wouldn't remove the old refrigerator and left the new one just inside the house and left. Shermans never reached out to me to refund the money they took for the delivery, installation, and removal. I assume they thought they could just steal it. I was sent a text to rate their services. I rated it very low and stated I needed to be contacted over my refund. Again the ghosted me with no response. Several days later I received another text wanting to rate my experience. It had a phone number stating to call anytime during work hours if you have an issue. I called, no one answered. I left a message and texted back a 2nd time asking about my refund. I finally received a call from Kaitlyn Steffen (store manager). She had a waterfall of excuses on why they screwed up so badly, but when i came to my refund, they were only going to give me 50%. I stated without installation and removal the delivery charge is only $50 and I deserve more than that back. Kaitlyn argued that they brought it a few feet into the house, so she had to charge me. My point was that if they were not going to install / remove the old one, they should have just left it in the garage and not charged me the extra money to walk it a few feet into the house and then fail at the rest of the delivery process (install/removal). Kaitlyn, was obviously clueless on the phrase "customer satisfaction" and insisted on not refunding the proper amount. I have bought tens of thousands of dollars of appliances and furniture at shermans over the year, but now I know I will never shop their again.
