I spoke with the owners when I was checking out and I asked them when they opened up and they said it actually was that day, the same day I was there! I congratulated them and I normally don't tell them that I'm a Google/Yelp reviewer but I went ahead and told them and asked them if they would like the pose for a photo since they haven't verified yet online yet. They were happy to pose and she said she made everything from scratch, I thought that was amazing, it's such a cute store and such a fun vibe, I love the clothes she makes so I'll be back! She fell out of it 2x and 2 other family members fell out. When you lean forward to get up it tips over. I called and they said they could send someone out but would have to wait until they had a delivery in our town. Hmmm! Finally someone came out.. now he was about 6 ft tall and long legs, so therefore he found no problem with the chair. LOL! We had to put a folded rug under the front feet of the recliner so it would not tip forwardl While I was in Washington , I stopped in to question, and the owner was very unprofessional and spoke very LOUDLY to me. He said he did not send anyone out! I asked him not to yell at me. He said he wasn't yelling.. Well I would hate to hear him if he was yelling then! However his brother, who works for him said he remembered the person who had been out to our house come back to the store and was talking about it, but when I asked who it was he said he didn't know.. Now I would think if they worked for you; you would know who it was! The sales lady who sold the recliner to us was also there and she remembered us! She had very little to say probably afraid of losing her job (or getting yelled at)! I tried to talk to the owner and he kept yelling and threw his hands in the air and said "I'm done! I am not arguing about this!" and walked away. WOW! Pretty UNPROFESSIONAL l if you ask me.. what happened to customer service??? So I now have a chair that you can't even sit in!
