We needed a new mattress last year so we went to Sleep Outfitters. We were greeted right away and…read morethe staff was very friendly. We were concerned about getting a mattress that would be comfortable because I have a lot of back and hip pain. We were assured that we could purchase a mattress, try it out and return it for a REFUND if it didnt work out. We ended up purchasing a mattress for over 3k. After a week I hurt so bad I could hardly walk. We contacted the store and they tried to tell us that we had to sleep on it for 30 days before they could do anything. We asked how we could get around that and they did call and get it approved for us to return it before then. We went back in to try to find another mattress and were told that we could not get a refund, they only offer store credit towards another mattress. Even though they told us we could get a refund when we purchased the mattress, suddenly it was changed to only credit. We were also told that we would have to keep the next mattress we exchanged it for with no option to return if it didnt work. Since the other mattresses were at least 1k more than what we already paid, we ended up stuck with a 5k mattress that is horrible. We would never have purchased from Sleep Outfitters in the first place if we had known the only option was store credit if we didnt like the mattress. The salesmen are friendly, but lie to you to get you to feel comfortable making such a huge purchase thinking you can get your money back if it doesnt work out. Would never shop here again. We've been stuck with a mattress that causes horrible pain to my back and hips because we unfortunately trusted the word of the salesmen and the manager, Jay, instead of reading the fine print. We pulled up to Bedzzz 'N' More, and were a little "iffy" about going inside, as it looked small and a bit cluttered. However, as my Aunt is a small business owner, we decided to give it a try and walked inside. BOY, I'M HAPPY WE DID!!! They had a very surprising selection of mattresses and head/foot boards, and everything was priced very, very well. The staff was very friendly, but didn't stand around trying to pressure us into buying anything; they let us take our time and decide for ourselves what we were interested in, and answered all questions we had. We asked for delivery prior to Good Friday, which was a little less than two weeks away at the time, as we had expected company in from out of town for Easter, and would need the bed in time for that. These people MADE this work for us; they ensured that we would have the mattress, at the very least, though the head/foot board set would come in the Monday or Tuesday after Easter. We were fine with that. However, they were able to get EVERYTHING delivered and set up on Holy Thursday, which was phenomenal! I would HIGHLY and CONFIDENTLY RECOMMEND to anyone to at least consider looking into this place if you need a new bed or headboard! This family-owned and run business goes out of there way to make you happy, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. They never contacted me to set up delivery and I had to call them multiple times to get a delivery date, when it came to them actually delivering the furniture I was notified by the delivery team. The two of my pieces were damaged and would need to be replaced. It took over a month to get the replacement And I had to contact them to get it. They never once took the time to call and talk to me or discuss anything. I had to follow up with them multiple multiple multiple times just to get my furniture. I didn't even even actually get my furniture until months later. Very disappointing with how they treat their customers.
