They just responded to my previous review in an attempt to sound nice for the readers, also as if they want to help. They DON'T. They have been spinning me over these defective couches for a month and half. I have reached out to store, regional managers and other more nasty people on the other side of the line. They don't want to give my money back. instead they want to force me to either get another crapy couch for the 3rd time or they would refund me 70% only . Basicly keeping their profit and slam on the customers only because they paid in full, were patient enough to wait and wait for them to complete the purchase by delivering a brand new couch. They are very manipulative, distorting facts, don't understand that they have bad quality products and they don't deliver brand new items. 2 times we got 2 different couches in low quality, defective with wholes and tears. They don't give a F. I will keep posting here until the dummest manager at RF gets it and accepts how wrong they are and apologize. no body wants your couch , please take your defective product back and shove it up your A.s
