Well that didn't happen. My husband had arthritis and the mattress was just to hard. He needed something much softer. We went in and talked to the owner and he said to bring it back and he would make us happy. Well that he did!!!! The mattress is perfect now!!! In the last 5 days we have had the best sleep we've had in a very long time. This is a family owned manufacturing company. They make the mattresses in house. These are good people who not only believe in their product but they stand behind the product they make. You won't find that with the big mattress companies. After living in Phoenix for 39 years, it's refreshing to deal with a company with integrity. If I ever need another mattress, I'll give Harness my business!!!

The Hooker brand leather sofa and chair needs to be replaced with less than three years use. It is just my wife and I at our house. We tried to file a claim. We purchased their 5 year Guardsman Elite Warranty. The fading began less than two years after delivery. We were told it was due to "medication that we were taking". We certainly did not tell them any medical information. The claim was denied. The stuffing is coming out under the foot rest. We were told it was from bending our legs and putting our feet on the foot rest. We extend our legs all the way out when reclining. We are not as limber as we once were. The claim was denied.

I purchased what I thought might be my last bed 1 1/2 years ago. ( $3400). It is the WORST BED I have ever had. It sinks where your pelvis lies about 2 inches...no matter how many times you rotate it. My husband hates it too. You feel no softness where the 'pillow top" is supposed to be. Our backs hurt every morning. At first we thought it just needed to be broken in. When I called to see if we could exchange it...I was given all sorts of instructions to take pictures and measure the indentations...and maybe they would give me credit for a more expensive bed. Don't buy this bed. Whatever they did to cheapen it...has ruined the quality. It is so expensive and such a waste of money and waste of a good night's sleep. $3400 is a lot of money....I feel totally ripped off!
