The salesman Dave was working and explained the different features of each mattress. I have to say we checked out a lot of them. The best thing is Dave was informative but not pushy. They sell only Serta mattresses. Our choice was the Euphoric Nights Hybrid style with a 10 year warranty. They delivered it on the next Thursday! Their delivery team was professional and friendly. They take away the old mattress free of charge. We previously shopped another Mattress store and the price quoted by that store was going to be over twice what we paid.

This story doesn't start out well. We had issues with a piece of the bed frame we ordered not being…read moreavailable, and then the wrong piece being delivered multiple times. As a result, we had a lot of phone calls with this store. We ALWAYS received a prompt and courteous response, always with an aim toward resolving the problem. Communication was thorough; we never felt at any time like we were being ignored. The deliveries that were scheduled (again, multiple deliveries because we had that problem) were always on time, the the crew was very clean and professional. And, eventually the issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction. I'm impressed because, like most people, we don't buy beds that often. It would have been easy for the team at this Mattress Firm to brush us aside, because, after all, how likely were we to buy another bed in the near future? That's not what happened. In each conversation, it felt like they were doing their best to resolve our situation and advocating on our behalf. We don't have any bed-buying plans for the near term. But, if we did, we would definitely return to this Mattress Firm. And, when the time does come, this store will be the first place we look.

A few weeks back I stopped by this store and spoke with a gentleman named Jim. I had a random question regarding mattresses and with kindness and respect Jim answered my question providing a quick education to support his response. Quite impressive I thought and remembered his name. During the last week, I decided to take the plunge and get a "good" mattress system. My husband and I started out on this journey. Yes, we returned to see Jim who again answered EVERY QUESTION (which between my husband and I, gave him a run for his money!) . His experience and vast knowledge of this industry was beyond that of any professor, but more important was his ability to navigate between my husband and myself, as our levels of comfort expectations differed greatly! In other words, he has the patience of a saint! This was a wonderful experience and the team effort given by Rebecca to help expedite our sale was so appreciated! All in all, I give props to this company for hiring such knowledgeable staff who treat customers so pleasantly, without pressure and are truly concerned about their consumer's comfort. Had explained the challenges with getting beds in to my fenwick island townhome but was assured "no problem". Well when they came, they couldn't get it into our bedroom and were less than helpful in developing options. They put me on the phone with their delivery manager, and I will say that he was more than rude, like somehow this was my problem or doing. I marched into the store and demanded a full refund and met a very good sales man named Darin. Darin was not the salesman I originally purchased from so in essence he was doing this on his own dime as he got no commission on the sale...He offered the refund but then said how about we get creative and get your problem solved. Long story short, this guy worked the phone, developed options and kept me informed along the way.In the end we decided to get a split frame instead of the adjustable bed but that was probably better for us anyway.
