This pharmacy has the worst service. I've been coming here for many years and over the past 2 years…read moreservice has declined more and more with each visit. Today, like usual, I have to go in and ask for my script knowing it's not ready so they will start working on it. They usually have my script a day or 2 before I come and pick it up. This morning while trying to pickup my script I was told it was not ready and I would have to come back in the afternoon to have it filled. I was calmly talking to the pharmacy tech and expressed it's always an issue trying to get my script filled and I live 30 minutes away. Chris the pharmacy manager walks by and told me I will not talk to the tech that way. I expressed how I'm not being rude or ugly and he then said "I'm sick and tired of hearing it's always an issue from everyone." Apparently I'm not the only one having problems here. I was also told that I could go somewhere else. I asked for his name and he said "Chris." I asked for his last name and he said "I don't have one." I pointed out to him that he was lying and his response was "it's sarcasm." Not only does the pharmacy give the worst service the manager has zero professionalism. Also, on several occasions the pharmacy will be closed durning normal business hours and will have a note in the window stating there is no pharmacists on duty please come back tomorrow. I hope this location can turn itself around, but I do not see that happening if the current manager stays employed here.

So my doctor filled my prescription at CVS in Marshall. I received a call from CVS that is was…read moreready. I arrived about 20 minutes after the call. They had 3 customers in front of me. They are extremely slow. I waiting for 45 minutes before it was my turn. When she told me the price, I asked if my insurance was being used. She said no that I would have to speak to the lady at the last window if I want to use my insurance. I went to the last window and had to wait for her to finish with a drive through customer. She said she doesn't see my insurance in the system and she needed my card . I was baffled by this because I gave them my card a week prior for a different prescription. So it took her a few minutes to add it to the system and she then said it would be $10 but I have to go back to the other window. When I got back down there, there were now 2 people in front of me. I waited for another 20 minutes. When I got to the window, the lady said it wasn't ready yet. I said "what do you mean no ready...you just had it"...she said that since it was changed to insurance they have to start the whole process over. I was fumed! After waiting all that time and then I would have to wait again!! I told them never mind, I'm moving it to another pharmacy and I'll never be back.

Went to Pharmacy and they made an announcement "customer needs assistance with cologne" 3 employees walked by me. No one stopped. I gave up 20 minutes was long enough. On my way to check out a manager was chit chatting with another guy. I asked the checker who is that man that works here? He is our Coach. Wow! She said why? Because he has been standing there talking while l had waited 20 minutes for an employee to unlock the cologne cabinet. I had twins that wanted Versace cologne. He just cost this store to lose a sale. Not 1 bottle but 2.

On the plus side, every time I go to Walmart, I feel like the sexiest person on the planet. It is like no one even tries to look good there.
