She asked me to wait until she finished with them. After 20 minutes, I asked if she would hand me my machine I saw sitting behind the counter. She asked me if I knew how to use it. I told her yes. To which she replied, good because I don't know anything about CPAP machines. She had me sign an ipad and went back to the shoe customers. This was a weekday around I:00pm. Not to mention that their Respiratory Therapist could not accommodate my schedule! I offered to meet anytime on a Friday! No, he couldn't do that! The machine works. So, that's a positive! They need to hire more people and train them. Also, it is lucky I went by early because they had a sign on the door that they were closing at 4:00 pm instead of 5:30pm. Lucky for me I was off work that day!! They need to stay open the hours posted on the door and website. I checked and the early closing sign was on the door all week! Really???

Even the neurologist in Longview Texas said this was crazy.I will pay the bill but that is not the problem it is only 100 and something dollars it's the fact they waited eight months to send me the bill and then they don't have a copy to show me.... They actually called my husband and asked him last month if we've received it so they did not even know for sure it had been delivered .
