Not only does she have over two decades experience which made me confident in her abilities, but she patiently and graciously put up with my fears and moments of panic. She clearly explained every step of the process, so I would know exactly what to expect. However, there were unexpected issues that arose (from the other parties) and Dawn navigated me through all that frustration as well. For instance, the buyer of my previous home used an appraiser who was evacuated for several days due to a fire, and no one had any contact with him. To say I was worried is an understatement! The appraisal report that we thought would take a few days, took weeks. But Dawn communicated with me every day, and kept me updated...as well as reasonably calm. Another example happened a week after moving into my current house, when there was a major plumbing issue which no one could have predicted.
