He just happened to be their to help them out. Katelyn was very sweet and apologized for that day even though I feel like it was not her fault. Her physical assistant was very nice too. They took time to explain whatever questions that I had. I had a very good experience today and glad that I decided to reschedule!

I've been a patient of Dr. James Hunt for over 20 years. I am female age 56. I unfortunately have…read morea host of medical problems that many doctor's would not want to deal with. Dr. Hunt has been there for me thru 3 of my 4 back fusions. Several other surgeries and way to many other health issues. He has supported me through everything. If I needed a specialist he made sure I got a great one. His staff is beyond wonderful. They too are extremely supportive,kind and helpful. Dr. Hunt has always made time to see me even though his practice is exceptionally busy. Dr. Hunt has one of the best "doctor personalities " of any I've ever met and unfortunately I've met far too many! It's amazing how intelligent Dr. Hunt is about conditions most Family Practice doctor's wouldn't even know anything about. He seems to know something about any condition, disease etc that just happens into his office! It's just uncanny! I always leave there understanding what's happening, unlike many other doctor's appointments where I tend to leave with a whole page of things I need to "google". I consider myself very fortunate to be a patient of Dr. James Hunt. He is the most compassionate and the wisest doctor I've come across. Yes, he still must send me on to a specialist here and there, but I always know that he is still there with his wonderful staff for when I need him the next time. Thank you.

I would recommend old Bronson. my wife has been a patient of Dr Ruple in paw paw for 10 years…read more we was 9 minute late due to traffic. basically was told we have to wait more cause Dr Ruple was with another patient. over an hour later sitting in the office waiting 2 people showed up but not the doctor trying to get out of taking care of my wife. obviously Dr Ruple and Bronson health systems do not care about the patients well being. then you call the patient customer relations and they say " you choose to leave" you was late... Bronson customer service had decreased to none. the office manager tried very hard to get my wife to come back but the damage is done. Dr Ruple after 10 years has not diagnosed my wife and you should find better care somewhere else.

She takes the time to listen, gives me helpful advice, is very thorough and explains things that I can understand, and is caring and compassionate. She obviously loves her career because it shows every time she opens the door and says "Hi Pam, how are you today?" Even though my office visits are typically short and only twice a year, it is nice to have someone look after me that really cares.
