Went to another jeweler that said I could not downsize as much as needed because would affect integrity of diamonds on band. In addition, reported no loose diamonds requiring prong work. (I needed downsized 1.5 for reference and 3 rows of diamonds on band). And also no loose diamonds requiring prong work. As much as I prefer to support local I will not support this jeweler ever as my trust is destroyed and do not recommend unless you want to be ripped off. Especially in regards to jewelry repair.
