They used the same low quality canvas you can buy at pat catans for about 5 bucks only they charge you in the hundreds. I was really disappointed by the quality of canvas I expected it to be a professional level of canvas for the amount of money paid in reality I could have paid less and had a canvas made through mpix. If they have to change the vase, a phone call should be made, I wouldn't have ordered this. This was terrible. Sorry I ordered from here. I emailed the company and got no response. These flowers were a representation of myself since I couldn't go in person. What an embarrassment!
