Know their insurance, they won't tell you unless you make them…read more Requested to review my policy, they said they would follow up with me and request was ignored. 7 months later I incurred damage that would have been covered had they reached out to me. $64/yr sump pump and sewer backup clause/policy that I was never told about, that they usually offer to new home policies is what they told me. I transferred to there agency because my last agent made mistakes but they ignored me after getting my policy. When asking about it, they didn't find anything wrong that they did, even though I have the email where they clearly ignored me. Now they don't respond to my emails, want anything done go there or better yet go to another insurance agency.
