The Shelter claims adjusters have passed me around from one to another for five weeks, and have finally presented a "valuation" of my car that is less than what it will cost me to replace it with the same make, model, mileage and condition. The comparables they provided were not even availble, nor were they similar in color, equipment or condition as my vehicle. When I have tried to negotiate in good faith to be made whole I have been insulted, talked down to, stalled, and treated rudely by each of the adjusters I have finally been able to talk to. If you ever have an auto accident I pray you are not injured and a Shelter Insurance covered person is not at fault.

She wouldn't respond to calls or text until last week when she turned my claim over to another agent because my truck was deemed totaled. The new agent won't answer my calls, text, or emails on when they are going to settle my claim. The agent handling my claim now finally answered my call today, he said the systems are down & he will get back to me. I tried asking him a question he said I can't talk to you because he was with another client and hung up on me!
