I was very unhappy with this company. I called them due to a sewer back up in my basement. The…read moreman who came out spent 10 minutes on it before saying he couldn't fix it. He said his equipment was getting stuck and he had just gotten in trouble for getting equipment stuck so he refused to try any further. He stated he did not have the equipment size necessary and we needed to call a different company. He charged me $125 for this, and was rude and demanding about me paying it (which I had not argued, I just said okay). I later discovered he had left a huge mess, didn't tighten the plug to the pipe he opened so we had to tighten it ourselves because it was leaking, and after talking to another company he hadn't even attempted to use the proper equipment. I am very disappointed that I just put out $125 to have to clean up my own basement and call in another company. I was also very bothered that he tried to enter my house with no mask on, even after I had requested the person wear a mask when I made the appointment. I do not recommend using this company.

I explained I wanted to be home when tank was serviced was told I would get a text one hour before they would be here. Waited all day no call no text, called at 4pm only to be told they would not be out until Wednesday morning. I cancelled appointment called another local company and they were out the next morning ON TIME and serviced tank. Need I say more!
